The batteries are too big and weigh too much. To hot on the neck.

I love my coat from last year but women’s jacket to bully and heavy. Also vests came in colors you would sell more.

Still awaiting my order to arrive after it was never shipped. I ordered it two weeks ago now. I really need it for being outdoors in the freezing cold here in Michigan while I am on the picket line for 90 plus days now! The least they could have done was expedite my replacement vest but they didn’t even do that.. cold jobless nurse in Michigan…

Terrible Sales Service. Bought a trial vest and then when we said that we wanted to buy 30 more they wanted double the price/Offered no bulk deal. Pricing was more expensive then the website/all over the place and response was sales was grossly slow. When we tried to call in and speed up the process it still took 2 days to hear back from "sales" I think it worked out for us in the end tho because the trial vest we got already has little loose threads coming out of the stiching and that is concerning for a new never washed product.

Have not received my order even though emails indicate it was shipped. Last check said the sender requested it be returned to them. What? Why?

My 2nd vest has been a huge disappointment since the zipper does not work properly. It constantly gets caught and routinely takes 5-6 attempts to get it down all the way. But even more disappointing is Ororo's lack of customer service and the non-responsiveness to this issue. It has been over a week and I have heard nothing from them. I am definitely not going to purchase from them and will let people know of my experience.

Bought for my wife to use on tractor rides in parades and just in general when outside; she loves the coat and it keeps her warm and toasty. I didn't like the price and I don't like that the collar is not also heated - but - happy wife - happy life so my dislikes don't count.

Although I have not yet used the Ororo apparel, I can say that the customer service at Ororo is outstanding! They made it very easy for me to do two exchanges and 1 return, which most companies would screw up! I'm really looking forward to ski season and using this new apparel!

I love my coat with two exceptions. The first jacket i purchased from you was a small. after wearing it for some time, i realized it was rather big so i purchased your beautiful white coat in an extra small. in wearing this, i now realize i should have purchased an xxs to provide me with the heat i needed. it is rather difficult to judge when you just try it on. one has to wear it to know what is best. secondly, the battery does not last very long to keep the coat heated. this is a disappointment. however, i would recommend anyone to purchase your product but to ensure it is the corect size to provide the maximum heat.
