“The jacket is beautiful. I get lots of compliments. My only complaint is the heat isn't as warm as I had hoped it would be. I've had other heated jackets that I feel was a higher heat.. otherwise I do love the jacket and happy it's waterproof.”

“My wife bought me a heated vest for Christmas in 2022. In November of this year the ON/OFF switch stopped functioning. I called ORORO customer service. They looked up the order my wife placed based on her email address in their system. I sent them pictures of the garmet. They sent me a brand new one. All I had to do is pay a $10 shipping fee. This Ladies & Gentlemen is what is called great customer service. I would recommend buying their products.”
