Haven’t been able to try my heated mittens. One of the batteries was bad. Replacement battery was not the correct battery. Too large for the mittens. Returned the second battery. Awaiting another replacement. Customer service has been responsive. They do expect pictures and videos. Offered to sell me the replacement battery for $20.

Product fits ok, but the battery is definitely clunky and hits the hip bone annoyingly. Also it's definitely dark blue, not black. I was hesitant since I couldn't try anything on beforehand, and I'm not sure I'd recommend the brand unless someone could find a friend's to try on first.

Return policy is garbage. Their sizing is wild. Buy on Amazon instead of ororo so you can return the product for the correct size.

Please make it easy to understand and see the open box policy. I never saw it when I ordered the vest and battery. Now I have a vest that doesn’t fit my wife. If I had known I wouldn’t have ordered.

I’ve been waiting for a long while for my order and am very frustrated. If I knew it was going to be delayed I would bever have ordered. It’s inexcusable. I bought them as a Christmas gift which will not happen given the delay. I cannot recommend your company to anyone. It is so frustrating.

I have the vest, sweatshirt and hooded jacket. My spouse has a jacket and vest. I have purchased two vests as gifts. the whole family has Ororo jackets ad vest. It was -11 degrees a couple days ago and I was out shoveling. My hands got cold but my body did not.

The heated hand warmer (muff style) was not hot enough for my son, who works outdoors a lot in Boston during the winter months. Had to return.

Vest is better than expected. I sized up since this brand runs on the smaller side and it fits perfect! Purple color is beautiful, overalI l love this vest!

I thought my friend's gift of a 'heated vest' was riduculous. And now I get it! I love it and has saved me on some bitter cold days - awesome for travel too. I also want to say that their customer service is fantastic!

I have been wearing ororo heated vests for several years and the very first one is still working perfectly! they truly allow me so much more time outdoors to relax! My mother in law can not survive without hers! We tell everyone about ororo heated vests!

Very disappointed in integrity of Ororo Wear. I purchased a vest for my son to wear well doing his electrician apprenticeship only to find out. It was too large and unable to exchange for the appropriate size without even opening it. terrible way to do business.
