Meh. I bought this muff because I vend at street fairs and outdoor events. I'm in San Francisco so I don't have to deal with snow. I really thought this would answer all my problems but it's not warm enough. The lowest setting is barely getting any job done. So you need it on the highest setting to feel like its working and the battery takes hours to charge. I have to charge it everyday since I have to use the highest setting. I'm contemplating returning it. It does work, but it's a hassle to feel like I'm fussing with it, especially for the price. If I keep it I might buy the second battery just so I don't have to worry about the battery life but I hate that this is a extra expense for a product that I'm fussing over. It is well made, but I just wish it was warmer

Really nice jacket, it has a very soft shell and repels water quite well. I give the jacket 5 stars for value quality and functionality. The only downside is if your on the shorter side like I am (5ft3) the jacket is quite long and the battery pack ends up sitting awkwardly on the hip. Aside from that it's the perfect warm rain coat!

My 2 year old, not abused or heavily used for that matter, zipper is malfunctioning and you are not standing behind your product, “warranty period is over”. However, a $10 coupon was offered to ease my pain/ encourage me to buy another??? Why would I?

I bought this for my wife who is always cold on her daily morning walks. She has been delighted with it. It keeps her warm while still looking fashionable.

I loved my old vest so I ordered a new fleece jacket. The coat is okay but the battery shuts off on its own, doesn't charge correctly or hold a charge once I plug it in. It was on overnight and only had 2 bars.

I have purchased several item. They are all wonderful. Keep you warm and comfortable. They have different settings for your comfort. Purchase last year and this year. And Costumer service was great when we recieved. A wrong item. It was not a problem for a return..

I ordered a heated jacket in mid November and I still don't have it. I received a shipping notice, then nothing. Transporter never received the package. I received a message from Ororo that there seemed to be an issue and to please wait 1 - 3 more days to get it sorted. After about 3 days, I was contacted again and assured they would re-ship the order and I would receive a new shipping notice when the order shipped. It's now been an additional week and nothing! The only reason I didn't give a lower rating is because customer service seemed to be trying to help. I'm not happy and I'm freezing!

The vest was a gift for my mom and I am excited to give it to her if I can ever get the correct vest. I was sent the completely wrong order the first time, then communicated with your company regarding the mistake and was then sent the replacement, which turned out to be the right size but wrong color. I now need to send it back yet again for the correct vest.

It kept me warm enough in 40-50 degrees with a sweater underneath, where I don’t need to put a jacket on. It is bulk free and comfortable.

I've bordered several items from your company in the past, so I'd think that I'd get better treatment from your support staff. My recent purchase came with a defective battery. I was told that I'd receive a new battery as soon as return tracking info is received and it's been 3 days and I haven't gotten a response regarding my replacement. I sent the tracking information days ago. After spending so much money on Ororo gear, I would have liked to think that a replacement would have been sent right away, but instead I'm treated like I'm trying to scam you out of a free battery. I won't shop here again.

I love these vest! I originally had my first fest for my nephew’s hockey games. However, last few years have been really cold at work and they are perfect item to be able to take on and off. As a result, several other staff have bought the vest as well. I’m wearing it today at a cold swim meet! My only complaint is my new vest is a little tricky with a zipper sometimes.
