“My original order of two batteries came with only ONE! Customer service is taking care of it but no battery yet. It's in transit, I hope! I'll write another review after it arrives. Again, I hope!”

“I was a little hesitant about purchasing an “open box” item due to be “burned” from other company experiences. I originally thought the “careful inspection” of open box items was just a marketing grab but I was completely wrong. If I didn’t know it was open box, I would have thought it was brand new, off the manufacturing line. Everything was in perfect condition and met all my expectations. Keep to your word and awesome customer service.”

“I love my new vest and can't wait for it to get cold enough to wear it! I tried it on as soon as I got it and it fits perfectly ( roomy enough to put a sweatshirt or sweater under it). Love the white too. This is my second vest. I have a black one that I wore working ( commercial fishing) all last winter. This one will be my " dress up" and walking vest. 🤩”

“I love your products! They are well made and thoughtfully designed. I do not enjoy cool weather but make an effort to be outdoors all winter long. Michigan winters can be challenging but my vest and scarf makes them much more enjoyable. The heat zones in the vest are perfectly located for maximum comfort.”
