I just wore it for the first time to a hockey game. It kept me warm enough but I need to be in a colder place to really test it. I did have a problem with the first vest I received and Ororo responded quickly and replaced the vest without a problem. I am recommending them to my friends.

I ordered the Bristol Lite heated pants in size 4. I mistakenly ordered the Lite; my intention was to order the Bristol Fleece lined version. I purchased them during the month-long member appreciation sale. When I called to exchange them for the fleece version, I was told that I would have to pay full price, as the fleece is considered a different product, not as if I was doing a size exchange. In addition, other than the waistband, the size 4 I received is larger than the size 6 fleece pants that I ordered last year! I can tailor the rediculously baggy balloon effect out of them with some work, but I can only exchange them for an "open-box" pair, which cannot be returned for any reason, unless I want to pay full price for them.

The nice thing about this vest is that it makes me look older and more mature. I also dyed my hair grey and now I get winks from all the women! It also keeps me warm over the winter. That's a plus.

After researching heated vests Ororo came out on top with price, quality of product service and quick delivery. I purchased our first heated vest for my wife hoping she would like the fit, looks and heated version and boy, did she like it. In fact she liked it so much she said that I needed to get one too. So I order the Wayne full zipped long sleeve vest. We now have enjoyed them so much for camping, walking our lab and general outdoor activities we don't wear our old vests anymore.

I purchaseda pair of the Summer Garden Clogs to wear around my apartment. I am very pleased with the clogs. They are comfortable, help my feet on the concrete/tile floor, and are great to wear outside to water my flowers. The price was great with the $20 off. Over the years, I have purchased Ororo jackets and vests for my husband, grandchildren anfriends. Everyone has been thrilled with them! I volunteer at dog events and your vests and jackets are the most popular apparel worn by the participants and volunteers.

I am disappointed. I ordered two vests. One was too big and the other too small. Unfortunately they were open box so I can’t return them. I wish they had a consistent size. I have an older Oros that I love.

I ordered a medium, which was sized like an extra large. Can't wear it. Couldn't return it, so now I'm selling it on eBay

I bought an "open box" mens 3XL jacket and battery. My only issue us the sizing is on the smaller side. It fits, but just barely. Th battery charged quickly. Unfortunately, out VT weather has been in the 70's and 80's since my jacket arrived so haven't got to test the heating element.

Purchased 2 pairs of heated gloves. One pair for my wife and I. One pair fit perfectly, the other I could hardly pull on despite suggesting a loose fit per the sizing chart. Pair was returned for exchange. Still waiting for return shipment.

I was hoping to feel like I had a heated blanket wrapped around me with this jacket but I was very disappointed. At best, the jacket gets luke warm on either the chest or the back, not at the same time though. Even on the highest setting with a fully charged battery pack it’s only a very luke warm feeling. Honestly, it’s not worth the money as I’m sure there’s better working jackets on the market.

I gave this jacket to my wife as a gift. It worked out of the box with the charge that came with the battery. She was very happy with it. However the battery doesn’t recharge. She hasn’t been able to use it since the first time. She has contacted Ororo and has submitted all the required information but we have not received a replacement nor has she heard anything back. Ordinarily I would wait on my review but ororo sent me an email asking for my review so here it is.
