“Made an order recently - absolutely love how the productivity journal is looking on the inside! Unfortunately there was a printing error so I got in touch via live chat. Instantly I was greeted by Nicole who helped me out within 5 minutes and issued me a replacement. Very happy with the service - thank you Nicole!”

“Very slow delivery compared to my last order which is disappointing. Also, I am not satisfied with the quality of my diary. I previously ordered a hardback which was great but decided on binded. I feel as though the binded ones should be cheaper as they are less durable”

“Absolutely love my Papier products, but I took off a star because the layout of the productivity planner recently changed and I wish I had the option to still get the old one - I used it happily for 2 years. Otherwise they are beautiful quality and carefully thought out.”

“It came out almost as expected however the photos were printed darker and with a lower quality, so some of them were harder to see & most were pretty grainy :(”

“The website could be improved by having a way to switch the selected photos around the preview rather than having to exit and start from scratch. I did view the finished product which had been delivered directly to a friend as a gift and was a bit disappointed about to see buckling on some of the images. The mount and frame were good enough quality. Delivery was made one day earlier than stated”

“Notebooks, journals and diaries are absolutely beautiful. I always do and will continue to purchase them. I adore the designs and love the fact that you can personalise them. However, I ordered the highlighters recently as part of my order and the moment I opened them brand new and tried to use them, they were entirely dried out! Very disappointed with this as I usually have a great experience with Papier.”

“Received a faulty product. Very difficult to speak to a human. The autochat bot has very limited options and you cannot send an email directly, it gets them to contact you, and it hasn’t transfered on the questions i had submitted. I ended up trying to reach out via Instagram. I received a faulty product. A spiral bound planner with all the pages cut unevenly and aligned unevenly within the spiral. I was offered 20% off. Shocking quality for a very high price. Wouldn’t buy again.”
