If only there is no star option for this, I would choose no star, as this company deserves no star at all. They have lost my parcel, just keep on apologising without action. I have waited for more than 3 weeks for update about my parcel which is not delivered. I am very disappointed as those items were from abroad that I have bought as souvenirs but they just dont bother to take good care of it. They lost it. I was chasing them for update but they just keep on apologising and apologising that they have to investigate but there is no update. What kind of company are you? You should not be in operation as your service is very very poor. You keep losing parcel. For God sake please quit and stop operating as you are not worth it. Your service is very very poor. I am sorry but you do not deserve a spot in this industry. I am really disappointed. If only I had known that this will happen, I will not choose you. I regret to choose you. Your negligence is a hassle to the people who choose to send parcel to their friends and loved ones, especially on this occasion. I am really disgusted.

Absolutely awful. Paid for express 48, took 6 days to deliver. No text or contact to say delivery was coming when all was provided. Also if I had known at the start I needed a printer I would not have proceeded with order. Will never use again. Dreadful service

It's now day 12 and no parcels delivered to our place in Spain. The maximum delivery target was quoted as seven days. On the tracking site it reads: Failed - Query With Address for two parcels and the third hasn't even got to their international depot, despite the fact that all three parcels were collected together. Contacted P2Go via their web chat. Advisor one passed me, after a considerable delay, to another advisor. He told me that, the delivery driver couldn't find my address and can I give directions for him to find it !!! Also, it would take at least another two days for that message to get through to Hermes. The address is good, Hermes (the carrier) is bad, because of poorly paid and inexperienced drivers. Pathetic excuse, seeing as the road and house have been here for over 100 years and I have had other parcels delivered here by P2Go, albeit by DPD, a much better oufit. I asked P2Go, could I pick the parcel up from one of their pick-up points or depot and was firmly told no, because of security issues, lol! What? at a bike shop where I picked up a parcel before!! Was then told nothing more could be done and I would have to keep checking the tracking site to see if the message changes. Total waste of time, effort and money, packing, paying and waiting for our Christmas goodies, which will now probably not be delivered until after the New Year, if at all. I'm finished with P2Go.

Shocking service courier service that collected my item stuck a incorrect label on my item and all parcel2go would say was it my fault and they will not offer to resolve or locate my item.. this has cost me £900 and still no item. (WAS ALSO TOLD I WOULD GET AN EMAIL WITH AN UPDATE WITHIN 24 HOURS A WEEK LATER NO MESSAGE) very very disappointing

A parcel lost and the next update will be in 14 days. Really? Next you would say that same thing would take 30 days? Its unacceptable. I have fully lost my trust.

P2G65608247 My honest opinion.. My honest opinion... Useless Help but fantastic at fobbing you off. My honest opinion.... This parcel was dropped off on 1st December. A time sensitive parcel. Lost in your warehouse for 2 weeks. A return to sender request was places as my customer cancelled the item. It arrives at customers address on 17th. Rejected by customer for 2 reasons. 1. Its too late and 2 Its been crushed and bashed. Plus a return to sender request had already been placed. You then did a sneeky 2 days later by delivering to my customers neighbour and leaving a card even tho my ex customer was in.. You send me a text congratulating yourself on another successful delivery. Now as a delivery has been made albeit to a wrong address theirs nothing you can do apart from investigate again and close the case???? And to add insult only a partial refund??? How are you getting away with this? its theft! You failed miserably, your help is in fact Helpless, just you saying you will investigate then quit chat or get passed onto someone else who cant help before quitting chat. Open another investigation contact courier for additional details is your answer to everything. Pick up the phone and find out whats going on..... You should be collecting it from my ex customer and returning to me. Oh, but you don't do that. So I have to on top of 4 hours in chats with you, I now have to arrange and pay to have my item sent back to me? Today is the 21st and its not here. My company will never use you again and I will request that the people who send me items no longer use you. UTTER DISGRACE I wish I could have left -5* I expect the generic response we will email you we will look into it blah blah blah blah blah. Its parcel delivery not rocket science.

Do not use this company. I am still waiting for a parcel to be delivered from early September, customer service is non existent, I would give you zero if I could. Worst courier company ever.

stay away from this firm stay away from this firm, I insured the package that was covered in Fragile tape I put in a claim with photos etc. but getting no where. below is a copy of emails from the recipient of the parcel.................... "I was in the kitchen when the card was put through the letterbox. I managed to get to the van before it drove off, the guy told me that the parcel was by the bins at the bottom of the drive,. I think they knew it was damaged either by them dropping it or whatever and tried to leave the parcel rather than trying to hand me a soaking wet parcel. There was no way that they knocked the door. Just had this delivery, box was soaking wet and left by our bins I opened the box in case there was any broken glass. The picture shows the state of the box, the card and the damage "

Insured parcel which was left by courier out beside recipients back door broken and soaking in the pouring rain. I have used this company many times but so disappointed when claiming to find because of the item it would only be insured for loss not damage. Totally disgusted. No reply to feedback given directly.

Ordered three items through an online shop which were due to be delivered a week ago. We had no contact regarding delivery updates until we checked and saw delivery had not been possible but no reasons and no contact from anyone to ask for further information. Only upon checking our order again did we realise we have put the wrong post-code (hands up this was our error), Spoke to someone on the live chat to ask for parcel address to be updated and delivery re-attempted. After around 45 minutes and them telling us they couldn't find our parcel number (we had a tracking number from their website!) they eventually decided they could find it and promised the address had been updated and the parcel would be re-delivered. Almost a week later and a 2nd chat, the address had not been updated at all so we had been lied to (probably to end the chat ASAP). The second person on the live chat tried the same excuse that they could not find the reference, so I sent the previous transcript and suddenly they could find it..... Crux of it all is we still have no idea when parcel will be delivered! The worst thing is we didn't even choose to use this company, it is just the parcel company that the company we ordered from use. We won't be ordering from the same site again again and certainly won't be using Parcels2Go as a courier if we ever need to send anything personally. Avoid.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE Customers beware, avoid sending parcels with this company at all cost. I recently sent a straightforward parcel from the UK to Barbados and needed it there by a certain time. So I therefore paid additional for guaranteed deliveryAnd chose FedEx as the carrier. The parcel was collected by FedEx and then went on its way arriving in the US 3 days later where it has stayed for the last five days. FedEx will not speak to me in relation to my parcel after several attempts made due to it being booked through parcel to go and continuously direct me to speak to parcel to go myself to obtain any information. I have subsequently found out that parcel to go do not take calls and have no advertised telephone number. The only way to contact them is via email or online chat of which I have done both on several occasions only to be told they cannot assist me other than to raise an enquiry with the courier and this can take up to 14 days. I have explained to them the urgency hence the reason for paying for the guaranteed delivery service and requested they authorise FedEx to speak to me directly but they have point blank refused to do this and told me I will just have to wait the 14 days. The worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will never use this company again as I now have to purchase the contents of my parcel again and spend even more money as I do not have the luxury of waiting 14 days to find out why my parcel is delayed.

1. More expensive than Royal Mail as under 2 kilos. 2. Tracking said tried to deliver but my friend wasnt notified 3.Tracking said at US depot for collection, did not specify what US depot and where. 4. Tried getting help to find out this P2go homepage help was no help- no info on any online chat. Finally after reading bad reviews I found out how to get to online chat, but only on a computer. 5. By the time I spoke to someone on chat the parcel was scheduled to be returned, and all they offered was to email the po. 6. I called the US po on my mobile to find it was already at another po on way back. Luckily they located and held til friend picked up. 7. I now have an email saying I owe £12 as parcel was 3 kilos, which it was not it was only just over 1 kilo which postal worker here verified as he told me Royal Mail would be cheaper as it was under 2 kilos. 8. I now have to dispute this extra charge 9.FYI all I got from recent chat was ‘sorry’ sorry does not mean anything if they do NOTHING! 10 Do not use

Disgraceful yet again Disgraceful yet again. It is a real shame that Parcel2Go tend to be the only option. Sent a £50 eBay item, myhermes stole it, Parcel2go want me to jump through hoops to claim the measly £20 compensation! Eg - Photos of damage (clearly none since myhermes stole it) - Photos of the package - Photos of the inside of the package etc etc WHY NOT CHECK THE TRACKING, SEE IT HAS BEEN STOLEN. AND PAY ME OUT!

After Hermes missed two collection days I contacted Parcel2Go to ask them to investigate. They repetitively explained they are unable to contact the courier or look into the problem. The only way forward was to wait and see if someone might turn up for the third collection attempt or pay more money for an upgrade to another courier. It is very frustrating that Parcel2go do not help to resolve problems with the courier. They are the only one that has any power to act yet they provide no assistance. I will not use your services again. I would rather book direct even though it may cost more. At least booking direct I have the ability to resolve any problems myself. They are also a bunch of rogues. They will act to remove negative reviews from review sites even when they have evidence to prove it is a genuine transaction. Beware Beware Beware. You have been warned!
