Returned an unused item to the manufacturer, or at least tried to. Despite being a huge heavy parcel it got lost. Started a claim and uploaded the documents, but they just keep fobbing you off saying that the documents are not satisfactory for "proof of value", despite sending copies of orders and PDF invoices. There's no number to call them on. Will be writing to consumer watchdogs.

I have only ever had the displeasure of using Parcel2Go once, and that is once too often. Like other customers I took out protection (which appears not to be insurance but internal funding within Parcel2Go and hence their reluctance, and seemingly in most cases failure, to make good on their undertakings), guaranteed delivery and signature on delivery. My items were lost which was confirmed by Parcel2Go; notwithstanding this they wanted me to provide third party proof of non-delivery, even though the courier's (Hermes) own tracking system showed that the items had not got as far as their own delivery depot, let alone the intended destination. Nor had they got a signature (as they were supposed to) so clearly they had not made the delivery and/or had not provided the service purchased. I made an online claim in the small claims court (it is easy and costs only £25 which is recoverable if the claim succeeds); I can only surmise that the legal action prompted Parcel2Go to eventually settle my claim and refund carriage costs (which seems only right given that they did not actually provide the carriage service contracted). This is the second time that I have tried to return goods using Hermes; the first did not go well either, with the shop where I was leaving the item refusing to accept it (but I left it there anyway). I will not be using either Parcel2Go nor Hermes again, although I do question whether that will bother either company.

They were supposed to charge me 2.19 pounds and they charge me 25.75?? And then they were not helpful at all so after a week they still haven’t apologised and refunded me I’m really disappointed

The mark of a good company is how they respond when things go wrong. Using this measure then parcel2go must be down there with the very worst. I took out extended cover to ensure an item I was sending was covered to its value. It's was packed well, bubble wrapped in multiple layers and externally very secure. Unfortunately the package was still damaged, damage that could only have been inflicted through major mishandling. So I contacted parcel2go to claim. Sent a photo of the damage and waited. I got an email informing me that I hadn't provided enough information. I needed to supply photos of the internal and external packaging. I pointed out that nowhere does it suggest such photos would be required or advise that you take them, but apparently without them the claim could not be processed, despite their agent accepting the parcel and the clear damage, which could only have been caused by significant mistreatment. I pointed out that I couldn't provide these 'required photos' and as a result the 'deadline' for claims passed and my claim lapsed. The claim process is a sham, designed to make it nigh on impossible to succeed in a claim. They don't care, they work on getting as many deliveries as possible, quantity not quality, if a few of us drop out of the end due to terrible experiences, it's ok because there are plenty more lured in by the ultra low prices. I've learnt the hard way that it's cheap for a reason. Pay a couple of quid more and get a professional outfit on the job if you value your delivery.

Posted my item from France to England on 8th November , it never left France, started a claim after weeks of me emailing them and going on live chat . I was told after a month that it had been found and would take 3days to return to sender, never arrived, then I was told I needed to give details of my item which they already had from previous emails and chats and have now been told that I have to prove that I have not received the parcel before they give me a refund. The customer services is a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

In December 2019 I use Parcel2Go for 3 shipments, and non of them goes fluent. Any way here is worst of them. I send with MyHermes trough Parcel2Go one old iron sewing machine table, which never reach my customer. As a result I get negative feedback, PayPal claim and a lot of troubles. And what I get from Parcel2Go? NOTHING! According to their claim department it was not obvious that package wasn't delivered! On this link everyone could see if it is obvious or not. [url]https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xEdLsHucl86T4Jylp5mQSzsXnxBRNSc6?usp=sharing[url] It is quite hard to get to their customer support and it is absolutely not possible to arrange anything directly with MyHermes, because you are not MyHermes customer but Parcel2Go customer. Sure I'll not use them again!

Terrible! My order P2G65376015 had been approved for refund on the 6th of December 2019, it's now the 4th of January 2020 and I still haven't received the £183.70. This means tomorrow it will be 30 days from the approval, making it outside of the legal limit. E-mail several times the refund time but they are completely ignoring me.

I booked via P2go to use the Parcelforce 48 hour service and paid extra for "guaranteed" delivery. Once 48 hours had passed from the official start time I contacted P2go, only to discover that they guarantee a quite different time, being not 2 days but 3 days (they show the 48 hours as being 1-3 days) + an extra day. Also, lack of the Parcelforce ref means I can't claim directly with Parcelforce either!

Terrible, I sent a parcel on the 22/11/2019 to be delivered no later than the 28/11/2019. It is now the 2/1/2020 and its STILL not delivered and communication is useless! I have sent numerous emails asking for updates and managers details but have got nothing of any use and certainly no managers details. There is no phone number to call them so you are at their mercy. I would not use this company ever again!

I booked for a next day delivery service which prior to booking stated would be delivered on xmas eve. After i booked the parcel nothing stating next day delivery service neither did the label that was applied on the parcel. I was highly disappointed as the buyer only purchased this due to next day delivery. This got delivered on 27th december. This was my first and last ever experience with parcel2go. I could have booked this with myhermes myself using standard delivery service. There is no contact number or an email to approach someone. AVOID!

From my experience and from reading other online reviews anything sent using the parcel2go service is likely to go missing as couriers from all the major companies who work for parcel2go see any parcel with a parel2go label as easy pickings. Parcel2go is simply a booking agent agency and has no delivery premises or staff, simply sub contracting to the likes of parcelforce. When your parcel goes "missing" the courier company, parcelforce in my case, say "nothing to do with us" then parcel2go just keep fobbing you off. If you are experiencing something similar go through the small claims court - that cost me nineteen quid and parcel2go were quick to compensate me including my nineteen quid. The "loss" of parcels sent through parcel2go is quite astonishing and perhaps needs looking into by the BBC Watchdog programme or even the Police. The are perhaps a scam, I cannot be sure.
