Shoddy Business practices, DO NOT POST YOUR HIGH VALUE PARCELS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT PAY OUT. I shipped an Audi Rear Entertainment Tablet Unit which I sold on ebay to someone in China for £1500 and with Parcel2go I insured this item and it was dispatched by UPS. All arrived there and the buyer noticed boxed was squashed and the both the Rear entertainment tablets screens were cracked which prompted me to open a claim with Parcel2go. Immediately the company said the item is not covered because (Protected for loss only. Electrical appliances, i.e. monitors are not covered in case of loss) It's not a monitor, It's an Audi Rear Entertainment Tablet for an Audi S8 (2019/20 Model) only. This unit retails for over £5000!! I have provided all the evidence, documentation to Parcel2go in good time. I have spoken to over 13 different members of staff on the Parcel2go team. When I placed the order to ship my item I kept being prompted to take out compensation cover for my item, so if you claim it's not covered why am I being prompted on your order page to take out compensation for an item? Also I contacted UPS and they say no compensation for this item directly through UPS. So they charged compensation for the item but have no valid insurance cover with the courier. As this is high value i'm building a court case around the business practices this company uses and I have reached out with others who have successfully taken Parcel2go to court prior before this. (Thanks Maia). I reviewed the prohibited items before I placed the order and my item specifically was not listed. If you want to follow my journey please message privately as I've had a lot of requests for others having problems. Thanks for the support guys. I will not be backing down until my claim has been payed out as i'm entitled too. So in the meantime i'm assisting my lawyer to create a solid claim to take this company down. If anybody would like to join me or has information please let me know as I have no issues with financials or expenses to take this further. I was told higher management were reviewing my claim but I haven't heard back from them.

HOLE PUNCHED IN MY PARCEL BROKE CONTENTS-NO COMPENSATION GIVEN P2G66879546 I posted a carefully wrapped Model Car via PArcel2Go and took out the so called 'loss insurance' and sent the wrapped Model Car off via a Hermes Agent. When the parcel Model Car arrived, the recipient noticed a 4cm hole 'PUNCHED' in the base, causing the Model Car inside to be broken. I made my claim providing pictures and receipt and on two later occasions, more information and documents to state my claim. A few days later, I received the following refusal email: Unfortunately, the item you sent is protected for loss only, which means we’re unable to compensate you for damages to this item." SILLY ME FOR THINKING 'LOSS INSURANCE' and a reasonable expectation that my property would be taken reasonable cared for and the subsequent DESTRUCTION OF THE CONTENTS was COVERED BY THEM. My claim was only for about £12, which is a pittance by comparison to what I have spent with them over the years. What a sad fact. Needless to say, I will NEVER use them again... but I suppose I am not important to them anyway.

Wanted to send a package to a friend in France for Christmas. Problems began almost immediately with the order and I had to request a new label to print. I chose TNT as the courier. TNT shows up the next day in an unmarked van, I send it off. Package basically disappeared as soon as it gone on the van, which I discovered when I went to track the package a few days later. A few weeks of back and forth with Parcel2Go customer service, while cordial, did not provide any evidence that the package was being looked for. I had to open a lost inquiry after some time. Eventually TNT contact P2G, who then contact me, informing me that the package was not 'lost', but TNT required 'alternative contact details' for the consignee. This is after about a month of no contact with TNT and the package is nowhere to be found. I provided the contact details twice which were apparently ignored and the package was sent back to me, almost two months later. I finally received my refund after opening a Paypal case a few weeks ago.

Find an alternative, i sent a parcel with contents worth £50 to Austria and they lost my parcel, they couldn't track it or give any information, not even a phone call or email to explain. parcel2go simply dont care, i ididn't even get my postage costs of £9.72 back. Terrible service, there is no one to call as there is no number. dont risk it. Luckily i chose to pay parcel2go the £9.72 with PayPal who have now got me a refund, good to know that PayPal cares and protects it customers, as there was no email, phone call from parcel2go or indeed any offer of a refund, i wont be using them again, im still £50 down.

The delivery service was satisfied as long as your parcel is not lost. My parcel delivered lost and the signature and name was different from the recipient's name. The only contact they have is email and it takes days to get back to you. They only look at my case when I put a negative feedback as I've not heard back from them for days. They keep sending me the invalid signature and telling me that parcel has been delivered and closed my case (via their website). As there is noone to approach to discuss this case I have to write second bad review on trustpilot so that someone from the department will actually look at my case. When they finally acknowledged their mistake, they only decided to refund the postage eventhough I have paid extra for the protection and content value. What's the point for charging me extra if they are not refunding the content value without telling you the reason?

Couldn't agree more with the comments about failures and inability to help and put things right. Very poor service when it goes wrong leaving you out of pocket and frustrated.

I have been using them for around 2 months with eBay sales , I am now fed up with delayed parcels , and their inability to tell you anything that you don’t already know from the tracking information, I paid £36 for a parcel express 1-2 days , and it has not been scanned for 4 days and down as incorrectly sorted DELAY! and I also agree , I paid for the on time guarantee which was yesterday but can see they have changed that date for another 2 days? Going to have to go back using post office

Frankly Parcel2Go is a shambles. I placed an order with Parcel2go yesterday morning but then had to cancel it two hours later....that proved tricky to do as there is no phone number. Used one of their online chat handlers in the end as there seemed no other option. She said my refund would happen in 5-7 working days which is how long the bank will take to process it. This Im confused by as the bank said that although theyd authorised the payment parcel2go hadnt taken payment yet....so surely it doesnt take 5-7 days to cancel taking it? Copy of online chat emailed as requested. Then I got another email saying they would have to investigate whether they could 'refund me' & that would take 5-7 days! Bonkers! Have they not heard of the distance selling laws? Today Hermes turned up to collect my parcel.....seems Parcel2go didnt cancel them even though they had plenty of time to do so. Having had that shambolic experience so far I wait with interest to see if they take payment or not. Be careful Parcel2Go its fra its fraud if you dont & I will see you in the small claims court.... Lastly its actually cheaper if you contact the parcel distributor direct!! So please tell me why would anyone use Parcel2Go?????

Absolutely shocking customer service. No ability to phone up. Online chat is tedious, repetitive and time consuming. They have not maintained communication with updates as promised. It's taken me 8 days for them to finally log an investigation. Parcel 2 Go will blame every other business in the event of a problem but in my opinion - I paid Parcel 2 Go and they are failing to respond or escalate my concerns of a lost parcel.

This company steals items DONT USE no customer service you can contact. They dont care who they steal from. Returning goods over £100 the parcel was by Parcel2Go and it went. Recieved an email saying unsuccessful upick up after the driver (white middle aged female with brown hair in a white car ) had taken the parcel. DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED.
