Absolutely disgraceful service! I used Hermes via 'Parcel to Go' website. Absolute nightmare!!I NEITHER COMPANY ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY. I dropped my parcel off at my local shop. It was collected by the driver. The tracking logged that it was delivered/accepted at Hermes Hub. Then a days later the tracking stated ' parcel withheld due to damage'. After endless chat conversations online, I was then told that the parcel had disappeared! It was never found and I lost a £70 mobile phone (plus the postal costs I paid). I received Zero refund because I didn't pay the extra insurance. Problem with posting parcels online is that you have to state the contents of the parcel. So obviously.... if Hermes have employed dodgy staff and they know that the parcel is a phone they are more likely to steal it. Not only that they know you haven't paid the extra insurance as well so Hermes isn't going to investigate who the culprit is because they've lost nothing. These parcel companies are taking advantage of customers. E.g why should customers cough up extra insurance money to compensate for negligence and theft caused by parcel employees?? It's all an absolute rip off. Please supply a refund. Then I will update or remove this negative feedback. ref: 9480086286516485

If I could give zero stars, I would do! They are absolutely hopeless. I needed some items delivered 3 or 4km and they couldn't even manage that. The first attempt, the items were never picked up. They didn't even notice! The second attempt, they lost the items, despite the fact that the address was correct. Nobody contacted me nor the intended recipient. They launched an enquiry and declared that it was resolved when they discovered the parcel and then said it would be returned to sender!!! When I said that I wanted it delivered, they said that they could not stop this process. This company has serious operational issues.

The worst courier company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Sent to parcels to USA for the cost of £80, both are stuck at customs and have been for 4 weeks. I only found this out after contacting the company I was sending them to told me. Parcel2go never once communicated this to me. I contacted the live chat agent, which by the way is the only way you can communicate with them, spent several hours and got told in the end it's my responsibility to resolve the issue as 'they're only a broker' My advice cut out the middle man and go direct to the courier otherwise you'll be wasting your time and money.

I read a lot of bad reviews about this company just the day after I did my booking with them, so I was really, REALLY, scary about it. But they came to pick up my luggages in the morning, as they said, and they send it from UK to Spain the day after. I give them 4 stars and not 5 just because the first luggage arrived in time (they said that they should must arrive on Friday) but the second one arrive on Tuesday and the tracking still saying that is “out for delivery”. But everything was great, they didn’t broke any of luggages and the shipping was pretty fast.

If I could give no stars I would have. Package collected without a hitch; paid for guaranteed delivery of between 1-3 days. Parcel arrived after 7 days. Tracking facility always 'down', no one to call or speak to, other than a robot at the end of a long queue on a web chat line. They tried to tell me my parcel was delayed because you are not allowed to send documents abroad!! An absolute joke. No apology for delayed parcel; had to queue for 45 mins on web chat to obtain refund, for which I have to wait 5-7 days. Appalling service. Likely cheap because you can't speak to anyone to find your parcel. Spend more and use a delivery service with a human being at the end of a telephone.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. You'd think it would be easy: get the address details right, make sure the parcel arrives. But no..... Furious with the service and will NEVER AGAIN use them.

absolutely rubbish service! avoid avoid avoid!! use the site to get quotes, then go direct to the courier. DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO! if any issues they will not help, nor able to even find out anything and will just tell you nothing is guaranteed. have wasted my time on two occasions waiting around for someone to collect, when contacted customer service via live chat, they were not able to give an explanation why collection has failed on two occasions. Were not able to even find out what happened. Instead they just told me nothing is guaranteed, collection, delivery, being updated why not, nothing. Just have to sit there any pray the courier turns up and doesn't waste your entire day. Ended up requesting a refund (which takes 5-7 working days, yet to receive at time of writing). I will never use parcel2go again as their customer service is not good when things don't go as they are supposed to, which is key to their creditability as a service provider. Wouldn't recommend you take a risk with them as I imagine that if your item is lost/damaged etc they will probably be completely unhelpful!!

Booked a light and large parcel collection with parcel2go, and 2 days in a row the collection hasn't happened. Absolutely horrendous customer service too whilst trying to get answers and a refund, scripted answers all over the place. Avoid at all costs. Book directly with the courier.

Terrible after nearly 3 weeks still haven't received my parcel,It's not really Parcel2go to be blamed but Parcelforce,they are the one i booked for, at the same time i am surprised by Parcelforce,as i have used them a lot,but this time they have let me down terribly,The Live chat says the parcel has not been declared stolen,or lost,they know that it's at one of the depot,but why do i have to wait 7 to 14 days before it get sort it? surely it doesn't need that long to speak with the driver who carried out the job.to ask what went wrong?I am not sure now if i book them again next time,as i am really upset by this.

parcle booked in for 48 hr sevice . 3 days and the pracle gets attempted t be deliverd . i call parcle forse and they state they will redeliver for a saturday , this didnt happen. i contact parcle force and ask for a copy of there TFC policy or ADR scheme on the chat . i get told they have neither only way i can escliate the claim is through the chat to a supervisior. the supervisor ended the chat before i could even type back what i needed to. they do not even have a email adress so i could send all my info through a email for them to investigate dicusting Service

Horrible experience, lack of information and waste of time. My parcels were never collected, which I understand can happen. A little bit annoying the lack of information and clarity and the waste of time as I had to take a day off from work for nothing. To make matters worse, I was ready to switch to drop off service and drop the parcel myself and when I finally managed to speak with their LiveChat (Rabia) to get instructions he says it was not possible to due to the size of my parcel which was unknown for him. Cancelled the order and will get my money back in 5-7 days, why? I have used this service a few times before with poor results and definitely, this is the last time ever and will not recommend

DO NOT USE!! This company will offer to re-book your parcel collection, after you have waited in all day, because the time slot you are given is 8am to 8pm. So you re-book for the next day same time slot, but again you find yourself re-booking, after 3 days of no collection and several conversations via 'live chat' they offer you an upgrade which will cost you more!! I asked for a free upgrade seeing as I have lost 3 days earnings while waiting for a parcel to be collected, and they said no sorry, but we can't do that. But when I asked for a refund there were 2 options - one that will take 5-7 days which is refunded to the source or the other would take 1-2 days, but this option was to have credit with them through a prepay account. WHY would I want to have credit with them? I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

Disgusting - Used P2G every few months and always had a small pre-pay balance in my account. Placed an order 2 days ago of which my pre-pay balance wasn't enough to cover the order, so I paid for the order outright on card. I logged in today to find they've removed my account balance - they say they have "cleansed" my balance and won't give it to me back. I'm shocked by this - i only placed an order with them 2 days ago and they treat me like this! It's disgusting customer service, I shall never use them again and will write this review on every site possible.

Beware lost parcel, no reimbursement. Dishonest company! Beware! lost parcel and no reimbursement Apart from the good price, beware! The delivery and collection is often not as declared. Several parcels delayed. One high priority express shipment has been lost. Despite paying extra for insurance. I have not been reimbursed. Package was lost 2 months ago. Upstoday claims they are still 'looking' for the parcel, although their self proclaimed deadline passed 6 weeks ago. I am at the stage of having my lawyer taking care of the case, as the customer service is not helping at all.
