Beware lost parcel, no reimbursement. Dishonest company! Beware! lost parcel and no reimbursement Apart from the good price, beware! The delivery and collection is often not as declared. Several parcels delayed. One high priority express shipment has been lost. Despite paying extra for insurance. I have not been reimbursed. Package was lost 2 months ago. Upstoday claims they are still 'looking' for the parcel, although their self proclaimed deadline passed 6 weeks ago. I am at the stage of having my lawyer taking care of the case, as the customer service is not helping at all.

This is joke and not a company. Have booked parcel collection from home. Waited all day and never came to pick up. Next day asked for refund and they refunded to their prepay account and not back to my account. Only after opened a dispute on paypal was refunded to my account. Don't use this company as they force you to use again their service even they fail by not refunding funds.

THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY INSURANCE, THE INSURANCE IS JUST A FAKE BE SURE AT 101% THAT IF THEIR COURIERS LOSE YOUR PARCEL OR DESTROY YOUR GOODS, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ONE PENCE FROM THESE SWINDLERS ALSO, THEIR COURIERS HAVE A VERY HIGH RATE OF DAMAGED GOODS, DO NOT SEND NOTHING WITH THIS COMPANY PREFER TO USE THE PROPRIETARY SITE OF EACH COURIER EXAMPLE: IF YOU SEND A 15KG PARCEL FROM THE MYHERMES SITE, IT COSTS £8.98 INCL. Parcel2go provide a Rubbish service - Multiple occasions of pick ups missed & deliveries missed, Despite taking contact details during the booking process when problems arrive there is zero attempt to sender/receiver to resolve any problem, If delivery is unsuccessful it takes 7-10 days for your parcel to be returned, No surprise the complete absence of any customer service, feedback or complaints procedure, Disjointed service using multiple providers, ie drop off points, carriers etc, I now actively avoid this rubbish service provider, better I pay a little extra for a reliable service

Lost parcel, chased every 4 days for EIGHT WEEKS - was promised emails (never did) & refund in writing, reneged on promises, refused to compensate. All this over 21 pounds!

I've just received an URGENT email from Parcels2go to pay an additional £130.90 "undercharge fee" for a parcel that weighs just under 3kg!! The item is a guitar body... At best a fully loaded guitar weighs in at 6kg with a neck & loaded pickguard!! P2G state that UPS have weighed the item at 50kgs!!! It's just taken me an hour to forward my appeal case on to P2G with proof of the dimensions & weight / photos. I'm waiting for them to investigate. I won't be using this middle man again as this screams SCAM!

Parcel2go . never book a parcel with them... booked a parcel on 15 June 19 and paid extra for guaranteed delivery for 18 June 2019. No one came to pick the parcel until i asked three time on parcel2go chat... TNT DRIVER CAME IN THE NED TO PICK ON 17 June,,,, and today is 20 June 3 pm...still it does not show on TNT website that parcel was collected.... customer service chat on parcel2 go helpless -P2G 60647033

Poor delivery service. In collaboration with UPS - who cant be bothered to deliver Online chat agent asked if I could help the courier identify the location to deliver!! The address was clearly marked for Argos in Islington London... how hard can that be to find..... still waiting for delivery..

I sent a parcel via Parcel2Go.com using the express DPD 3 day international delivery, I paid extra for guaranteed delivery and insurance. (I have since had it confirmed in writing from DPD that they do not offer a 3 day guaranteed service internationally) After 5 days of fighting with online chat agents who all said the same thing (copy and paste replies) they were unable to track the parcel and requested it to be returned to sender as it contained prohibited good and didn't leave the country. The parcel at this stage was already in Thailand - 3 more days of chasing and the story changed, it's being returned to the sender. Upon asking who asked said it contained prohibited items and was to be returned to me, the online agents passed me to 4 people who couldn't tell me. By day 8 I called DPD who admitted they passed it onto a Slough-based company called Amarex 7 days ago and hadn't seen it since - they were unable to track it as well. I received an email from DPD on day 9 of my 3 day guaranteed service and was informed that the parcel was being held at a local depot in phuket and required a duty payment before being released (The Thai government still see gifts as imported goods and require a duty) I paid the tax and my friend collected the parcel. Parcel2Go are a complete disgrace, they take no ownership of the situation, they provide no phone numbers to call, no parcel tracking and have no relationships with soutiers they use. I can only give them 1 star but really they should be in the minus. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - EVER!

Do not use this company! Do not use this company!! Myhermes through parcel2go lost my bike once and then the myhermes driver signed it as delivered. Myhermes admitted via email the driver did so. Was going to Return bike then lost it again. Parcel2go wont pay out claim. So taking to small claims court

I brought something from eBay it wasn't collected the day was collected then when it stated that the parcel was delivered a signed for by the customer I took me a while to try and get actually in contact with them I finally did on Facebook they opened a claim then got an email to say that I signed for it I said if I did why would I be trying to track it down really it's rediculous never using them again

Had a parcel collected by DPD from a drop off shop. Taken all the way to the Liverpool depot. It was then cut in half by staff there (taped & strung), one half delivered to the recipient, the second half delivered all the way back to my house. Both halves of the parcel had delivery labels on. Now Parcel2GO say I didn't provide a parcel to their specification. The terms & conditions say that they might be separated in transit and it would be difficult to claim if one half is lost. My parcel isn't lost, they just won't provide the service I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. DPD should have rejected at the shop if it wasn't to spec. Not wait until it got 130 miles away, then sending half 130 miles back. Not exactly environmentally responsible driving a parcel 260 miles.

Ppl don’t not use this company never pick up my parcel and messed me around twice which then told me we tried to pick up parcel when in fact they lied ( funny that I had a parcel delivered the day they was meant to pick my up ) Just lie and tell u different story’s everytime u speak on live chat and all u get sorry !!! Well now I have reported u to paypal n trading standards I will get my refund

Very poor service, they have had my parcel for a month today, it has been lost in their system for several days, they have tried to deliver it twice out of business hours to a business address, the tracking details haven’t changed for 6days saying delivering today. Management don’t seem to be interested, customer service replies generic, NO PHONE CALL when requested. I am the procurement director for a company which uses Hermes the courier used in this case, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

My parcel was not collected. I waited all day from 8am to 8pm and my parcel was not collected. Nor did I receive any email or other communication to update me or explain why my parcel was not collected. AVOID, This is the worst service I have ever received from any courier/delivery company.

Appalling company. Appalling customer service. Do not use. They take your money and then they simply do not care. Definitely one to steer clear of. Even if you complain, they just stop responding. Worst company I have ever dealt with

This company has the distinction of being the worst company in UK. Trust me once they have your money and parcel gets damaged or missing th n you will see exactly what I mean. Couldn’t give them 0 star for the only reason this review system doesn’t allow it !!! There complaints department is the busiest part of there business!!!

Parcels2go are one of the worst companies to deal with. They have no ethics, they refuse claims. Their agents stick to a script, they keep you online for over and hour going round in circles because they have a script. Will review online, will report to trading standards, and also guys take these people to court it only costs £35 and if enough of us do it, they will be closed and investigated. Report them to your local mps, get these kind of companies discussed in the houses of parliament. Get these companies closed down

Updated review:- We got off to a bad start as the driver was almost 2 hours late but I appreciate that the parcel was delivered well before scheduled to. A few things that your company can consider to improve even more : 1) Have an online chat assistant available so getting hold of you is easier. 2) Have some sort of contact with the drivers to let the customer know if they are about an hour away. This will really make your service stand out. Thanks
