Stay Away. I used them to send a large 9kg parcel from the UK to Cyprus. Landmark Global that was their carrier managed to lose the parcel. This contained items from my grandfather that passed away and were of great sentimental value. They offered me 25gbp compensation. They do not care about their customers. Stay away.

Dont let the one star fool you. Like most other here it should be a minus 5 at best. Seems to me that Parcel2go is a business built around 'losing' parcels then not paying out under insurance or even refund of fees. What happens to your parcels??? Another revenue stream maybe? Think serious questions need to be asked of this company by investigators from various authorities. It's disgraceful they are allowed to trade. You only have to look at the companies contact detals on this review page to see how serious they are about engaging with customers.

IF I COULD GIVE MINUS 5 STARS I WOULD! N.B. Ignore this 1 Star rating... this is essential to click, in order to write a review! I would not recommend them under any circumstances. They are the worst! Conflicting communications from various persons regarding my lost parcel in October 19. After 3 weeks, advised it was lost in transit. Now already late, I had to make other arrangements to replace this lost present. Six weeks later, it appeared out of the blue. NO compensation received for inconvenience, aggravation, additional costs, postage etc. Will never use them again.

If I could have given less than one star I would . 2 parcels lost, 1 returned spoiled as perishable goods inside. Refund refused although both insured as I hadn’t taken pictures or kept receipts. This occurred before current Covid situation . Very difficult to pursue complaint. Disappointing as previously very reliable

Paid £76 for express delivery 3 to 5 days been 12 days and parcel still in transit. I have contacted parcel2go twice to be told they will email FedEx and get it delivered but still in transit also said they would email me in 2 days that never happened avoid at all cost especially the FedEx option ...

Paid for express delivery 3 to 5 days been 12 days and still not delivered. Had live chat twice and only thing that say is we 'll email the company really bad customer service paid £76 for my parcel still to be in transit avoid the FedEx choice at all cost

DISGUSTING CONPANY, AND HIGHLY SUSPECT SOME FAKE POSTIVE REVIEWS BEING POSTED ON OTHER FEVIEW SITES. Do not use this company. Absolutely terrible. They have duped me out of £50. No collection of my package. No way to contact them. No hope of getting the service or my money back. Their reviews on trust pilot are suspiciously good. Apparently someone gives them a 5 star review every 20 mins or so. Often several in very quick succession. Highly unlikely given the solidly negative commentary on other review sites. I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities and doggedly following it up. While in quarantine I’ll have plenty of time to make sure they get any deserved penalties. Taking consumers for a ride is a bad idea these days, the power of social media and online reviews will catch up with them.

Really bad company, I had booked for collection from home no one came to collect. Trying to find contact number and there isn't one also can someone help me to try and do the web chat. How do you get a refund?

Really bad company don’t use them. I sent 3 parcels with them 1 cost £350 other £200 and third costing £20 all went missing also paid for extra insurance I case of lost or stolen But they never paid me my money back even with insurance. Can never talk to anyone and the companies they use won’t help because you went through them. My items also were very big one being a 6ft sideboard so not sure how you lost that. My delivery cost £60 to ship wouldn’t even give that money back. VERY BAD COMPANY

ParcelToGo is a complete disgrace and bears high risks. A delivery to Cameroon had fixed date and the delivery date was insured. Goods were ticked in the tracking system as delivered, which was false information. Goods were only found after personal search in Cameroon. Instead of Yaounde, they were in Douala. The recipient had to drive to Douala to get the goods, which are worthless now, because made for a trade fair. Since then, the process of investigation drags on with endless mails, whose sole purpose is to avoid the refund and possible further compensation. The matter still remains open and no refund was received yet. Instead there was an explanation provided, which is outside standard transportation processes, hence a complete lie to avoid the refund. This company can in no way be recommended and should be avoided under any circumstances.

Please do not use this company they lose your parcel and you will struggle to get anything back from them customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with appalling. Seriously stay away from these.

Unfortunately this review page won't let me give them no stars. They collected my parcel and handed it to the courier Hermes who smashed it to pieces and disposed of it in their depot. I never even got the pieces delivered and couldn't make a claim because I couldn't show them pictures of the damage. Criminal vandalism

Prices are good, but if anything goes wrong do not expect help from Parcel2go. 1 star given for bad customer service was provided to me after parcel lost in transit. No phone helpline, only online chat. When asked to speak to manager of Parcel2go person I was live chatting I was told : "No", when asked for reason, reply was "I don't have to give you reason". Judge for yourself if you want to use them and risk being on your own if anything goes wrong.

I paid £20 (an extra £5 of which was for pre noon collection) for next day delivery and no one showed up; but lo and behold when I click “track my parcel” it says it’s been collected. No contact number, no help desk live chat. Utter con. Feeling really annoyed that I didn’t do due diligence. Do not use.

Please for your own sake do not use these people, they will not pay out even when insured, they must have hundreds of court claims by now, me being 1 of them. I have also reported them to trading standards via citizens advice, please the many people that have put reviews like this on do the same, something needs to be done with this so called company and fast.

Very bad experience, statut « delivery » but no, no access to contact us if you had a problem, so for me Its a bad delivery company, I put the same adress with other shipment from an other delivery service no problem but p2g bad 👎🏼👎🏼 (Shipment with amazon)

Appalling service. I paid almost £17 for courier but no one comes to collect the document and no way of contacting them and of course no communication from their end either even though they have my contact detail. Don't ever use it. They deserve to go down!!

I have been sent a surcharge for wrong weight declared. was told that my parcel weight was 1.45kg when the parcel declaration weight was 500g. The problem is that their system is wrong and the product weight I have posted was indeed 465g! ?I have disputed it and have to wait few days to be resolved. not being able to post more parcels before I will not pay extra £4.56 surcharge. The thing is that this is happening on a regular basis and... on the same product. It happens more than 10 times to me already. And if the customer is not aware of the surcharge and carry on payment they are making lots extra revenue on unconsious customers! REally shame on you guys! IF you have a doubt on the parcel weight you should alowed to carry on business as normal and kindly ask to pay seperate! P2G69126312
