Very bad experience, statut « delivery » but no, no access to contact us if you had a problem, so for me Its a bad delivery company, I put the same adress with other shipment from an other delivery service no problem but p2g bad 👎🏼👎🏼 (Shipment with amazon)

Appalling service. I paid almost £17 for courier but no one comes to collect the document and no way of contacting them and of course no communication from their end either even though they have my contact detail. Don't ever use it. They deserve to go down!!

I have been sent a surcharge for wrong weight declared. was told that my parcel weight was 1.45kg when the parcel declaration weight was 500g. The problem is that their system is wrong and the product weight I have posted was indeed 465g! ?I have disputed it and have to wait few days to be resolved. not being able to post more parcels before I will not pay extra £4.56 surcharge. The thing is that this is happening on a regular basis and... on the same product. It happens more than 10 times to me already. And if the customer is not aware of the surcharge and carry on payment they are making lots extra revenue on unconsious customers! REally shame on you guys! IF you have a doubt on the parcel weight you should alowed to carry on business as normal and kindly ask to pay seperate! P2G69126312

I read these reviews after I'd dropped my parcel at the post office and was horrified in case my grandchildren didn't get their birthday presents as we can't visit them at the moment. I needn't have worried!! I chose to send my 5kg parcel with Parcel Force 48 hour, measured and weighed it and got a quote which was a fraction of what it would cost doing it direct. After printing off the labels and taking it to the Post Office on Wednesday afternoon I was delighted to get a text from my son on Friday morning to say it had arrived. I really cannot fault Parcel2Go service, it worked perfectly( along with Parcel Force!)

Wish I had read the reviews, no idea as to where my parcel is at this time, terrible customer website, took nearly 30 minutes for on line chat to answer, definitely will never use again "AVOID"

Useless Bunch of scammers! Twice now I have had parcels that have been broken in transit totalling over £120. Both times I have paid extra for full insurance and then claimed to be told they won’t refund me. I will now be enquiring for there details to take them to small claims court! Do not use!!!!

Wow! 1.66 rating! Embarrassing! I wish I'd seen this and read the reviews before using them. 3 parcels failed to be collected! Even after booking the collection on friday but first available date is tuesday, my customers have waited long enough! Now due to parcel2go they have to wait a whole lot longer! First time I've used these but never again!!!

Failed on more than one occasion to collect a parcel from me that contained a present for my son. I am one of the identified NHS most at risk and am isolated. My son also has an autoimmune condition. PG2 let me down badly at a very stressful time. Useless company, not to be trusted. Communication has been negligible and very frustrating. The whole situation is indicative of a totally incompetent organisation.

Parcel2Go? You mean Parcel left in the rain! Is this company run by DelBoy? Left my parcel in the rain for 9 days in neighbour's garden, no note through door to say goods were there. No compensation, person who paid for their service couldn't get a refund or compensation for value of goods. Totally impossible to talk to a human being from the company - it's all online, anonymous, automated and useless. Avoid this company at all costs. Stick with Royal Mail who are far more reliable. Although it might cost a little more, you have a comeback if parcels go missing as their tracking system and compensation system is far superior. You can also speak to a human with Royal Mail.

PARCEL2GO IS A TOTAL SCAM !!! For 6 days in a row the parcel has NOT been picked up. And of course now they don’t want to even refund the payment i made. DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO !!!

Absolutely useless. Their customer service, which is like trying to argue with a 6 year old on a playground is a joke, their professionalism is none existent and tbh I’m done with them as a company. They try and say that you under-weighed parcels even when you present them with digital proof and they actually tell you to contact old customers so they can supply photos of the box with a tape measure !! I don’t thing their live chat advisers actually understand that we are the customers and without us they don’t have a business because basically they suck. When you actually start to be frustrated and start arguing they threaten you with disconnection then leave chat. Absolute rubbish company to use, have used over the last few years and I’ve had enough of them, will take my parcels elsewhere.

P2G are not the courier, so anybody says "They Lost/Broke" may parcel is incorrect. P2G is a broker for other couriers, so you make the choice of which service you use be it Hermes/TNT/Parcel Force. If you want more reliability/tracability chose Parcel Force, if you want it Cheap go hermes. But neither is 100% If you want it closer to 100% use Royal Mail Signed Special Delivery. If you want it even closer to 100% use a dedicated point2point courier.. But if you want it CHEAP go back to P2G and book the cheapest service. I send 400's + parcels a year, all booked with P2G with about 1-2% issues. Yes customer service is difficult, mainly because they have to go to the individual courriers for information... If you don't want the man in the middle, Book direct. for Hermes it's a little bit more expensive, for others it gets quite expensive with no contract. If it's valuable, Insure it.

Claimed sender refused pickup. Sender confirmed it was collected. Asked for time, vehicle and driver details so CCTV can be checked. Unable to provide. I am reporting this as theft. They can deal with the police.

Ordered an item to be delivered and requested a change of address numerous days before delivery and they told me they couldn’t do that. Despite the fact that they hadn’t even collected it from the sender. The item has now gone missing and I am out of pocket. Thank you Parcel2go. You really were useless.

I put in a claim for a parcel that collect plus stated themselves was delivered to the correct address (I have email proof) and parcel2go denied the claim stating it had been delivered to the correct one and signed for. Clearly lying to get out of paying up. Avoid!!

They lost an uninsured parcel and told us that had it been insured we would have been covered so we sent the next package insured and it was damaged and now they won't pay out because all we have as proof of value is our own company invoice (and the fact that I insured it for that amount). I'm taking legal action against them.

The wrose service ever, they lost my parcel and they tell me this 3 moths later!! Really bad service! They are not give me any of my money back including that I pay for a insurance.... PLEASE DONT USE THIS SERVICE! 16-03-2020
