Useless - I've been trying to get them to collect a parcel (I paid for collection as it is a large parcel) and for three days Hermes says it has called at my house and no-one was home. This is a complete lie. There are no access restrictions to my house, but it is tricky to find if you don't use google maps or call me (which is what I put in the instructions) I can't even talk to someone to fix the issue but to a bl00dy computer I'm never using them again

We used Parcel2go to send out Christmas presents to my Son and Daughter in Law who live in Germany, having expensive items inside we chose their so called premier service (£500 insurance cover and fully tracked ) we printed off the labels attached them and took the parcel to a local Co-op for collection. Hermes collected the parcel and we then started to track the shipment, that was it ! All we got was item delivered but to Global House and there it stayed. Has as already been said, you cannot call this bunch, you have to enter so called live web chat, having entered chat many times I quickly realised I wasn't talking to a person but to a computer algorithm. I finally tracked down a phone number for OCS at Heathrow who where about as useful as a chocolate fire guard, who said they had checked the warehouse and there where no outstanding parcels there. Eventually on the very last day the parcel got delivered. It was ripped open, the presents inside had been torn open and my Wife always put a scattering of quality street in, these had been half chewed and thrown back in the parcel !! This company is an absolute disgrace they should be banned from trading, my experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. It turns out that Parcel2Go is owned by Hermes

Next day delivery turned into a 4 day delivery because It took 3 days for parcel to be collected!! (and parcel was dropped on a Tuesday, not even on a Friday) When asked to get the parcel returned they would make it difficult by making me locate the receiver to actually ask the receiver to reject the parcel. Moreover, their "next day delivery guarantee" is actually a THREE day delivery guarantee so it is useless to buy this "guaranteed service". I then was told that as it is guaranteed to be delivered within 3 days (despite being a next day delivery service), the guaranteed service did not apply, but they were going to offer a "goodwill" compensation... I asked for the parcel to be returned and contacted dpd hours after it was collected, parcel2go said it was dpd's responsibility and dpd said it was parcel2go responsibility if the parcel was or not returned... At the end, after three days wasting my time due to their incompetence I got no parcel returned, no parcel compensation, no delay compensation and no goodwill compensation. They are a complete joke, avoid them and save yourselves time and money.

I have made handmade wedding rustic jars for the wedding. Each jar was individually wrapped with the bubble wrap and had the air ballon inside. The inside of the box was also covered with the bubble wrap on each side. The package was indicated as “fragile handle with care” Despite these ... Jars did not survive. I don’t know what kind of professional staff work there but they are egoistic beasts.

My parcel was lost. The issue I have is that when things go wrong there is literally no one to contact. Zero customer service. I know you aren't the couriers but if I contact Hermes, they say to go back to the people we booked through. I have been going round in circles for months. Totally incompetent!

Terrible service. Order P2G67827325 Parcel Number: 15503975043702 I have moved from Bristol to Spain, so I sent 6 packages with Parcel2go and DPD and of the 6 packages only 5 have arrived, one of them has disappeared, it was lost in the tracking the same day they came to pick it up. I asked them to look for it and give the description of the package and they told me after 10 days that the package was not found. Another of the boxes received was half blown up. Where is my parcel? I do not recommend it to anyone

Utterly incompetent service, the outcome of using them has amounted to nothing short of absolute disappointment. They managed to lose 2 out of 3 boxes sent from Vienna to the UK, and on top of everything have been completely useless in contributing to mine and the sender's attempts at discovering what has happened to our belongings. Only thing this experience may inspire one to do is to pay a bit extra next time and use someone more reliable with better options for compensation. These guys are a f*ucking joke.

WHEN they work they’re Great but a quarter time they are useless and SO hard to chat/contact! It’s all Bots &/or multiple-choice Blind Alleys that never let you ask a genuine question It’s really ANNOYING IF they added a few pennies in top of their fees They could afford the staff

Parcel2Go lost my parcel and because I didn't take the additional insurance have refused to assist me any further. If you have to take the insurance to ensure your package get delivered safely this service is simply not worth it.

If I could give a zero I would, in my opinion if you want a courier service you should never use this company. Paid for a courier service to collect and deliver and item. I paid extra for no release of the item without signature and protection of the item up to £175. I fully described what the item was when I paid for this service. First of all parcel 2 go took my money paid for the protection knowing what the item was even though they apparently don't cover furniture. This payment was still taken regardless without warning. In addition, the courier claimed they had been twice to collect the item when they hadn't actually been at all. (it was an office address and staff were present at both times I received notification someone had failed to collect). It was only after I complained that they turned up at all. Not only this, the courier released the item at end point without a signature (something I paid extra NOT to happen) and dumped it outside in the rain all weekend. The item was found, ruined a few days later by the customer. I tried to activate my protection which I paid extra for in anticipation of a poor service, and received a rejection immediately with no offer of refund for the insurance and only a partial refund for the outrageous, terrible and frankly criminal service that was delivered. I paid for a service I never got and they won't even refund me?! The final kick in the teeth. Upon trying to raise a formal complaint I was fobbed off too and said nothing would be done. I'm so glad my payment provider is stepping in to fight on my behalf. I'm my opinion this is a terrible company, avoid like the plague! I'm happy to provide receipts and references numbers to Google to show this was a genuine purchase made from this company and this reviews my opinion is about the service I received from this company.

I've had my share of bad experiences when it comes to parcel courier services but this one involving Parcel2Go definitely has to be the worst. Not even out of courier experiences but ALL kind of service experiences. Ever. First of all Parcel2Go is a parcel broker meaning they contract the actual delivery couriers like UPS/Hermes etc. I'll try to keep this short but might digress. Had a large parcel to send on ebay so I was already short on time. Arranged the collection for Tuesday, collection window was 8am to 8pm. Not morning, not evening, literally the whole working day and then some. (Parcel2Go, I know you're trying your best but the people that you are collecting from have working lives as well. At least a shorter window or something or how about making contact with the customer beforehand? I'm sure that can be improved because this is the main crux of the problem. Customer contact/communication) Run home and wait, they have to show up. They don't and I get a tracking notification saying 'collection failed-client was not available' Are you kidding me?! I didn't hear one doorbell. Went online to chat with them (they have no phone number) they said drivers can't call clients as they don't have phones (this is important to remember). Anyways, I complained and re-booked for next day and they said they will give my phone number to the driver. This was a low point for them as somehow the agent didn't book it for the next day but for next week...but I was going to find out only next day when I contacted them via chat again to make sure they have all the info needed. The agent informed me it's not due for pick-up for today but for next week obviously. He then corrected the issue re-booking for next day again, this time with Parcel Force(like that would've helped anything) and also had one of his team call me personally to reassure that the driver from Parcel Force has all the info he needed and would call if something is wrong. (first two tries it was Hermes who was contracted) Next day, I have Parcel Force coming with all the info, parcel is locked and ready, everything is good. All he needs to do is put in the buzzer code and get in the lobby and grab the parcel. Wait all day at work, around 4pm-ish 'collection failed: client not available'. Feel like punching someone in the face. Called Parcel Force directly obviously the driver didn't have any of the info I gave Parcel2Go. I contact them again and re-book for today when I'm writing this review. Parcel Force should be coming again they said. By this point I realised I have no choice but to take a day off to wait for the driver( this is what I have to do to get this done). I wait today, I get a CALL from driver wow. Remember what they said earlier? Driver will be here in 5 min. I go down, it's a Hermes driver. I feel like punching someone again...I had the Parcel Force label on not Hermes. Luckily I rip the label and underneath there was the Hermes label. He scans it and off he goes. Welcome to 2020 parcel delivery Parcel2Go. Now I know maybe some of you didn't have such problems but look online they have something going on and if you are thinking of using their services, think twice before you do it.

Booked a collection for Monday, they didn't arrive. Contacted them, they re arranged, didn't arrive all day. They did not care about trying to investigate why, or care about the time it had wasted. They have now told us a week after it was supposed to be picked up that we need to drop it off. Complete waste of time, avoid!.

Absolutely awful firm. Charged me a £10 surcharge claiming the courier UPS had placed a surcharge on the package due to package been overweight. I questioned this with UPS who denied any knowledge of it and said any surcharge would show up on their own tracking page. UPS suggest I ask for proof via any invoice generated by them to P2G. I requested proof of this and P2G could not provide the invoice or any evidence of the surcharge from UPS. P2G customer services suggest I have to prove the parcel was not overweight despite me sending the same parcel with the same dimensions and same weight every week for over a year to the same address. Disgraceful money making scheme which is just blatant theft. Reported to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

In the light of a recent negative experience where a parcel sent to Italy was returned undelivered the listed suppliers below were involved. Each appears to be content to blame each other in a self-indulgent mutual blame game where customer service unfortunately was a total casualty. Until further notice please note that all Müller Group companies are no longer permitted to use the services of; Parcel2Go DPD

Absolutely awful. Do not touch with a barge pole. I sent a bike through this courier and in transit they literally unwrapped the bike, took it apart and stole part from it. Delivering just the frame. Stole the seat and the basket (which, may I add, had to be removed with an allen key!). I should have called the police. I even took out their insurance and did not get my money back. Terrible terrible company - do not EVER EVER use!!!!
