Lost my parcel and even when I had insurance they have not compensated me. Making a claim is long winded and unsatisfactory gave up after a week of going no where. Recommend never to use or trust with your parcel.

Do not use this company. Sent an item. Arrived destroyed. Despite following their packaging instruction. I Supplied an image of the packaging for the claim. They rejected it on the basis that there was no proof of bubble wrap or polystyrene used even though it is in the image!!!

Poor they lost my first parcel, but found. Stupidly used again and guess what my next parcel is now missing terrible. Won’t ever use again I now have too hope I get my money bk as had cover. Still waiting for outcome... please do not use!!!

NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!! I am a disabled woman who cannot get out to the post office, so use this service a a lifeline between me and my family 400 miles away. I bought NEXT DAY delivery at £28.72 on 4th April. On 5th April I had a text saying my parcel would be picked up between 9.41am - 10.41am. No one turned up. A courier picked my parcel up this morning < 3 days after they said they would pick it up. I just complained to their live chat and have been told that no pick up is guaranteed. So why are you selling NEXT DAY DELIVERY when you cannot provide this service? No offer of refund or partial refund. Just told, "Oh Im sorry" TOTAL AND UTTER RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!

I used this company to deliver 3 parcels. One item in one parcel was damaged in transit. Despite the fact that I had taken out insurance, my claim for compensation was rejected. Initially because the insurance policy does not cover 'mirrors'. The item that was damaged was not a mirror, it was a bathroom cabinet! When this was pointed out to the company they re-opened my claim. They then, again, rejected my claim. This time because the item damaged was a 'basin'. The item damaged was a cabinet!! I have supplied this company with photographs of the damage, proof of purchase of the cabinet, a description of the packaging, emails from the recipient of the parcel confirming the damage. The company has been obstructive throughout and determined to find a reason not to honour it's obligations under the insurance policy. I will be reporting the company to trading standards as well as the legal ombudsman.

no service no help - please avoid - have a daughter stranded in vietnam - package here waiting to to collected - paid 50 pounds for this terrible company to collect - took a day off work - nobody arrrived - no communication - please please avoid

lost the parcel then found, eventually delivered damaged beyond repair. refuse to accept any liability. unable to talk to anyone other than via email. complete shambles, Never Again

Do not use this company , 6 months I’ve been trying to get my money back for a gas fire they lost . Also can not contactable by phone which is a major frustration. Never known a service like it . Currently getting trading standards involved

Genuinely the worst customer service it is SO frustrating. I've used them for a while and they are always terrible if something goes wrong, and it frequently does. In particular 'Jo' on livechat. When asked if she could give me SOME kind of idea of when my issue (outstanding for 2 months) might get resolved i got this rude response 'you will need to wait as I have advised, it is not a case of "I do not want to" so please do not insinuate that I do not want to do my job. You are asking for information I do not have'. delightful

Appalling service, they had one job, to collect parcels and attach the same numbers of their labels to ours; they couldn't manage to do this correctly. We paid for additional insurance which is absolutely worthless. Two parcels from seven went missing, four of these had labels mismatched. Five of the boxes were damaged and finally one box went completely missing. After weeks of back and forth through their terrible complaints and claims service they refused to pay any compensation for the lost box due to them requiring more and more information despite the error being clearly on their part. I was expected to have receipts for old, irreplaceable items. Avoid at all costs. Over £400 worth of personal and valuable items lost.

I have used these guys for a while. The bigger they get the worse the service. If you opt for a two day service they can collect it and deliver it when they want if you haven't paid them the extra for a guaranteed service. What a con. Sent a parcel, they clearly confirmed the day it should be delivered, it didn't arrive until two days later. They will not offer a refund as I didn't pay the extra for the guaranteed delivery even though I booked a two day service.

Worst company. They never pay out on damages even when you pay extra for the cover. compensation that the couriers pay they keep themselves. THIEFS. They keep asking for more and more docs. Approve them and then want more docs. Anything that will give them a reason to refuse. 3 claims and in each and everyone they did this.

I would not even give this website one star if I could have written this review without it. The service I have received from them has been terrible and very stressful. I booked a bookcase to be delivered via Parcel2go via Parcelforce and my parcel inspite of how big it was went missing for over three weeks with no tracking what so ever. My customer was furious. Parcel2go was no help at all and I had to keep starting live chats with them to find out what was happening almost daily. Then while going through a claim for my lost bookcase they decided it was tracking! My bookcase was delivered completely smashed to bits with legs missing. Parcel2go are only trying to refund the cost of my bookcase and not delivery charges or any compensation for all the stress. They have been rude and hard to speak to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SEND LARGE ITEMS. Even when you take out additional protection it makes not difference. Avoid them and go straight to the main distributers instead.
