Really terrible experience with Parcel2Go. I booked with Yodel through Parcel2Go. Over two weeks I had to rebook with them about 5 times... lost count! first couple of times it said that 'the item had been collected' but it hadn't, when I enquired through LiveChat they then said there had been a miscan! The rest of the times they wrote 'parcel couldn't be collected' because apparently no one was in.... NOT TRUE at all! We were in! Couldn't ever speak to someone directly on phone only through online chat.... Two weeks later from original collection date and I still haven't got my parcel. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Parcel2go lost my parcel and kept me watintg for two weeks whilst doing nothing about it. They took me through a burocratic and long process of raising a claim and liaising with automated chats to eventually just tell me that they did not know and could not help in finding my parce, which contained important letters with sensitive information, and an expensive perfume. The service they provide has proven to be considerably below my expectations.

PARCEL2GO Company Delivered a large parcel to the wrong address. I arranged for the parcel to be collected THREE TIMES, but they kept failing to collect failed to collect 3 TIMES i paid for a new label as the incorrect recipient was helpful for getting the parcel to where it should be (An ebay buyer) They failed to collect THREE TIMES / THREE DIFFERENT DAYS I now have no way of sending the parcel to the correct buyer as the wrongly delivered to person is going on a working holiday for a long time MY HELP from parcel2go NONE, No refunds, no help. Nothing A rude advisor on their livechat who couldn't have cared less DISGRACEFUL COMPANY who should be out of business. I wouldn't dream of treating anyone this way, never mind a paying customer. Now, out of pocket around 200 pounds and counting...PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, OR HELPING ANYONE OTHER THAN THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS

!!!Don’t use this company!!! Lack of respect and 0 customers service.!!! I posted my 400£value watch through parcel2go on 16 of feb. We are 26 of April and my watch is stolen/lost. They couldn’t even start an investigation, because “they don’t have the infrastructure” of having phones so they can’t contact their partners. They also blocked me on the live chat which is the only real option of contacting parcel2go. When I am emailing, I am always receiving the automatic reply of “Good Afternoon Daniel, Thank you for your reply. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused here. I am a supervisor here at Parcel2Go. I can advise you that DPD informed us of the following today: please allow us 24 to 48 hours we will get back to you once we have a response . We will have an update for you regarding your return within this time, and I thank you for being patient in this time as I understand how frustrating is. Please let us know if we can do anything to help in the mean time, Daniel.” Of course they are not contacting me back after “24-48 hours” Scammers scammers and just scammers. I will sue this no name company and so all of us should do.

If you run into problems with couriers, even if it's Parcel2Go's fault, then good luck. They'll just dismiss you as fast as you can say whoops! I sent a parcel which wasn't delivered because they gave an incomplete address to the courier. I had to pay more for the parcel to be returned back to the UK then I had payed for it to be sent and they refuse to refund me because they keep saying it was my fault. I have a picture of the address they provided to the courier on the box of the parcel and it's NOT the address I entered on their website. I spent the last 3 months chatting on their useless chat!... Don't trust them, just go to the courier you want directly.

The most abysmal service I have ever encountered. Terrible customer service - do not use. Go elsewhere. I have never used a more unreliable, untrustworthy service. They never reply to you, do not give answers or compensation when parcels get lost and just try to make life as difficult as possible in the hope you will go away rather than make a claim - which you have paid the insurance for

Claim next day delivery but mine arrived after 3 days then in the small print next day doesn't really mean next day it means "next day or more" and that it's nothing to do with them what the actual couriers do. Customer service very unhelpful. Dishonest company selling something they don't deliver and terrible customer service, avoid at all costs.

ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Booked a parcel collection with them and item wasn't collected for 3 days, no explanations whatsoever as to why they didn't try to collect. No customer service at all, automated system replies and no phone number to ring. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY AND TIME WASTED!!!!!

dropped a parcel off and 9 days later it is still in the locker. Nothing they can do they say. I had to call inpost and arrange to go back to the locker and wait for them to remotely open it to obtain the parcel back. I then had to arrange to re send it to the customer. They offered me a refund of cost of parcel and postage due to the terrible service, this is not happening as it isnt damaged, no just sat in a locker for 9 days. TERRIBLE SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT YOU MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS ANGRY AND WASTE YOUR TIME AND RUIN YOUR REPUTATION. I AM RE POSTING THIS

Joke of a service! I've sent over 100 par els this year without a problem I've used parcel2go 3 times. 1 parcel on hold for 4wks (lost) and one incurred a surcharge for no reason. Trying to contact them is near impossible, the chat link is deep within their website and no contact number. They don't help with any problems, just disconnect the chat. Absolute nightmare and hard work. I'll stick to using par el.companies direct rather than these clowns

I'm now on my third rebooking to get my snowboard picked up here in the UK to go to another UK address and I'm not very confident that it will go there today or get there for the time required in the re-booking. Customer service told me last night that if I wanted a guaranteed pick up at this point I should basically use, and pay extra for, another service provider ! wtf ! Useless and unhelpful.

Appalling lack of service - paid for urgent collection - they didn't show up and now are holding onto my money despite saying they'd refunded me. Just abysmal and so unprofessional. When trying to put across my disappointment all I get is one of their idiot customer service people saying he's working overtime. Oh dear, poor you, and you've lost me a valued customer due to your entire absence of service.

I would leave no stars if possible,I left a bad review and the PR machine kicked in and offered to help resolve,after submitting the same documents 10+ times they closed the case,an automated service for claims does not work,I will be pursuing my claim through the small claims court.

Terrible & Unreliable Service. Waiting for days to get our stuff picked up and when I tried to call nobody knew anything about it even though I was getting emails telling me my package was dispatched! They try to run this as a "digital business" which means no phone numbers and no control on whats happening. A total fiasco and no way i would want to trust them with sending things

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I posted a parcel from UK to USA, bought insurance for £300. It was tracking for more than 3 weeks as being still on the way (I was told that apparently they use multiple curriers and i shouldn't worry) until finally it got lost.. then found!.. then lost again.. and found and lost another 3 times. In the end they said that my parcel had prohibited items and it is being returned to me. After 6 months of chasing, my claim got rejected and I am waiting for £25 refund for postage and NO INSURANCE.. cheating company, AVOID!!!

its been over a week since I booked and paid, Parcel2go never collected my packet nor are they responding to me concerning my request for a full refund of over 100 pounds. The supposed live chat has never worked for me and there is no email or number i find that works

I used to think these company is anything to right home about but clearly cowboy!!. Have used them to send several parcels in the past without issues, but recently started receiving emails for extra payment due to undeclared dimensions or weight. I didn’t suspect the first time cos I wasn’t checking dimensions accurately. But began doing so. Again another email asking for extra payment for similar reason. Are they barking mad!!!! I am very sure of my sizes and have same item waiting to go. Very disappointed. I wanted to trash it with them but alas, there is no way to contact them. Very sad. Won’t be using them again. You have lost a genuine customer.
