Handle with care when using! I organised for an item to collect and paid for it. Received no information or tracking. Waited a few days and still nothing sent. I then contacted them which was really difficult as it’s only an email address. They then couldn’t find my tracking number or order. After a while they found the payment and asked if I wanted a refund or rearrange. Asked for a refund and told it would be scheduled within 48 hours! It wasn’t Chased up and still no refund. Now they are not answering my emails. Also they have scheduled a pickup for the item I have already arranged and had picked up by parcel force! Told them this! I paid them £75 and getting the money back is so difficult They have no phone lines to contact them! They don’t reply to emails They don’t refund like they say they will Be really cautious!

Whee do I start. Posted my parcel through them.. And waited and waited for delivery to be made, after 2 weeks still no delivery, so started to email over it. Was messed about telling me an investigation had to be carried out etc. So a week later and was told the item was now officially lost. Now how do you loose something measuring 12x23x18 8nches weighing 6.5 kgs is beyond me. Told me it's my own fault I didn't take insurance out on them losing it. What a joke, sure they have insurance of their own to cover this, but no. So now I have to replace a valuable item THEY LOST at my expemse!. If I could rate them zero then I would. Do yourself a favour and use thr post office, it may cost a little more but its worth it. Disgraceful

Will not use again! Paid £3.50 for postage with no printer to print the label in the shop wasn’t given a QR code tried to amend order as I was given labels to print at home but I don’t have a printer and now have to pay £4.39 for a pre-printed label and wanted to charge me a total of £8.76 to amend, tried to cancel and wanted to charge nearly £4 for a cancellation, so paid £3.50 for nothing and took it to the Post Office instead.

As a business, we have used Parcel Compare numerous times now. On EVERY occasion we have been asked for an additional fee because the parcel is over the billable weight and dimensions. Thankfully, we now know to take photos of each dimension and label on the box. Every time we have had the claim cancelled. It's ridiculous how this company makes it money by saying they are the middle people and it's not them charging us. I would say try to find other couriers before using parcel compare, but if you do ensure you take photos with a tape measure and label clearly showing in the photos.

Horrible experience,they appear on the website when you search for delivery as being the first ones.I needed to send some oats and seeds were on their prohibited items list.Most of their items are prohibited.Now they are asking me for return fees.I said to them they can keep them.Really frustrating,really bad company.Never again.Stay away.

Parcel was delivered damaged and nearly 30 days late. There was no compensation for the damage despite paying extra for insurance, and there was no compensation for the 30-days delay despite paying extra for the express 3-day service. The support was very poor and the parcel was only delivered after I personally contacted the courier directly to sort out the problem. Parcelcompare support team emailed me to help solve the problem 3 days after the parcel was actually delivered, (which means they had no idea where item was), and the parcel was only delivered because I spent 30 minutes on the phone with the courier firm directly. Their service does not provide a telephone number for customer support or shipping problems. Does anyone believe I am happy or satisfied? 1 star for parcelcompare is 1 star too many

Please avoid this company. I've sent the parcel to Italy from UK. They returned back, charged me additional fees and the whole process took a month. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards Authority.

DO NOT USE PARCELCOMPARE! I sent 5 boxes from the UK to Australia almost 6 weeks ago. Only 3 boxes arrived two weeks ago very damaged. One box in particular contained a coffee machine which has been broken in transit. Although I paid insurance to cover breakages/damages, ParcelCompare refuse to pay. Their reply emails which start by saying that they are ‘so sorry for the damage’, comes across as patronising when they have absolutely no intention of putting in an insurance claim. They may be cheaper than going directly to the likes of UPS or DHL but in the long run, you lose money through their lack of care and refusal to honour what you’ve paid for. This company is a sham and should not be operating, I only hope I receive my two boxes yet to be delivered!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Booked a courier service through this company and received an email from parcel compare 3 days after the parcel was delivered to request more money due to the parcel apparently weighing more than was specified. Dispute was opened and all evidence to support my claim was sent. All my emails were ignored and money was removed from my bank account without my consent. The parcel actually weighed less than was specified and yet they charged me 3 times the orginal price!

I have spent hundreds of pounds trying to get two parcels to Romania for the war effort in Ukraine. Romanian customs aside, and they played their part, this company doesn't actually have the power to deliver parcels to the destination. They are a powerless interim provider who cannot influence either the courier or customs. They charge you for something they ultimately can't deliver and that my friend, is a scam. There are men running around in trainers in Ukraine with missile launchers on their shoulders because their combat boots didn't get delivered. A critical range rover is still off the road, one that transported refugees and medical equipment. Enough said

I was very impressed with the speedy collection of my parcel but once it got to the UK it was a different matter. Apparently three delivery attempts have been made and on the last occasion I was at home all day and no-one attempted to deliver my parcel. No cards have been left informing me of the attempted deliveries nor have I received any mobile phone messages/calls. I paid a lot of money and feel that I have only received half a service ... I am still awaiting the safe arrival of my parcel and it is almost two weeks since it was collected!!!! I certainly won't be using them again nor recommending them! Such a shame as the service started so well

This company is a SCAMMER!! Please do not use it never!!! Even if you read positive coments, DO NOT use THIS company !! As you can see I sent parcel from UK to Germany and i paid £12 on Parcelcompare.com so I was thinking its ok. After one day I got this message on my email that i needs to pay custom clearance fees because my parcel will come back to me 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ So another costs £15 🤬🤬🤬🤬 hidden costs!! There was no information that i need to pay anything else!!!! Nowhere! When i order parcel there was step by step, so you dont know that Uk 🇬🇧 is not in EU anymore???? This cost supposed to be at the end of payment! Not when parcel is in half way!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 this is a joke!!! I put complain to dpd already!! So please people ignore positive coments! Do not use this company never ever in your life!!! The worst company i ever seen! Can i call police in this case? I feel sad, depressed and you destroyed my day! This parcel is very important to me and it need to go to Germany!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! All 4 pacakages sent which were securely packaged were broken. Even though I insured these goods, they will accept no responsbility. Cannto speak to anyone and get the same email back time after time. Absolutely disgusted.

Farce - booked two pick ups- only got shipping details for 1 - i sent 17 emails - there is no phone number and their 'LIVE CHAT' doesnt exist. They took £260 and i got nothing - have started a dispute with the bank - just avoid, they are the same scammers behind parcel monkey - more of the above and worse

I've used this service twice, one each occasion after paying. I've had an issue with getting the postage label. I am told that they have a problem generating the labels It's been 24 hrs so far. I've requested a full refund

I have a current collection and delivery booked in with Parcelcompare (with parcel force). It was supposed to be collected yesterday and they failed to do so, so re booked it for today and they haven’t collected it again!!!! They told me to wait until 6pm and if not collected then to contact them, but they all seem to log off at 6pm so I get no reply!!! Totally shocking company who I will never use again. To top it off there is no phone number to call and if you want to complain it has to be done in writing!!!!! No email… shocking DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

Like so many others here DO NOT USE. I too am being chased for the oversize and overweight package scam. My 38kg package was 79kgs at their audit. The package was 30cms bigger. The cost increasing from £36 to £125 surcharge. The onus on me to provide photographic proof of weight and dimensions. Lewis Enfield is in fact a bot which is why all the correspondence is generic and does not answer my questions. I called my bank and have put a stop on Parcelcompare taking any more money from my account. I suggest you do the same.

Courier doesn't turn up to collect. Your only options are to rebook or drop it off!! 2 days running this has happened. I think its a rip off they have no intention of turning up its all a ploy to make you drop it off but pay for a premium service of collection

Parcel Compare are Incompetent, Unprofessional and cheap as they they don't really care when your parcel arrives - I fell for their trick called Multi-Courier Service which I now realise the only option- BEWARE this simply means computer will find cheapest route which could be comical - it will take as long as it takes as they get you to agree to Multi-Courier - You will no come back to them. My UK-Cyprus parcel was sent depo to depo for one week -before they decided it will sent by POST office - it will apparently arrive in one or two weeks instead of 3-5 their web site promised.
