“Two very disappointing experiences. First medical equipment which took over two weeks to arrive. Second a parcel from Costco containing food (some perishable) and vitamin supplements(now out of supplies). It has been sitting in the Liverpool depot for the last six days and still no sign of delivery, despite contacting customer service and being assured it would be given priority. Would never buy from a company that uses them in future. If I could have given less than one star I would have done.”
“International parcel went missing on 19th June. Told to put a claim in on the 28th June. Registers for claim was not sent a reference number after two complaint emails about this now have a reference number but it won’t let me up load photo evidence totally useless service. I only put 1 star as there is no option for zero. Will never use Parcelforce again.”
“The driver never bothers to deliver
They just leave a card in the letter box by main Farm gate, for me to collect from local post office
My wife and I are currently shielding due to health issues
Do I now have to go to the village because of some lazy driver...I've been home everyday since March
It's also ripping off those that pay for the service.”

There is no way to get this resolved.”

“The worse service not worth one penny , not respecting customers, each time there is a problem.. parcel is missing for weeks, driver is to lazy to stop so just note as I wasn’t home - every time. I will not use their service ever again.”

“I ordered something and was due to arrive yesterday, so I stayed in all day and then when going on the tracking later in the day, it said we missed the delivery - so clearly never rang the bell!? So today it said it was being redelivered today so this time I stayed outside the front of my property all day! (As I really need this package as its to fix my car!) Anyway with staying out all day, the tracking now says I missed the delivery- BUT NO VAN EVER SHOWED! absolutely appalling”
“We placed an order with a company sending Live Animals and they failed to deliver on the day they was meant to, and have once again failed to deliver again. We are concerned about the animals welfare. Trying to get in contact to talk to an ACTUAL person is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service.”
“Appalling. There was no house number from the sender so they just put a ‘1’ as a house number (I rang them to ask why my parcel had not been delivered, told them it was a different no and was assured that they would change the house number). Happen to be friends with No 1 so checked with them when it wasn’t delivered for 2 days despite being told it was “out for delivery”. No parcel, no card, no doorbell ring. So I rang Parcelforce in Gloucester who then tell me 6 days after the initial enquiry that they can’t change the house number (even though they had arbitrarily chosen number 1 rather than asking the sender!) Never rang back when they said they would. Appalling service.
Absolute farce.”
“If they loose your parcel as happenned to me (was scanned into depot and then dissappeared) do not expect any help getting it back. Cutomer services do nothing, fob you off for weeks and then refer to their (very poor) compensation claims procedure.”
“PF driver picked up an item from my house Monday using the next day am delivery option. It's now Wednesday 1st July. Not only is the online tracking showing anything other than "Picked Up", I don't have a clue where the item is or when it will be delivered. I have already had to refund a buyer who bought an item from me. Parceforce = Parcel Farce. I won't use this terrible service again.”

Put all dimensions and weight on the enquiry and given a quote which I agreed £33.20.
Picked up on time and delivered no problem.
I was then charged another £52 due in their words there is a minimum volume price.
Despite appealing they still kept the charge.
So be careful with this bandit company.”
“Given time slot between 14.33 & 15.33 no delivery. I call customer services and was told the depot would phone me. Depot did and said 17.30 and apologised but no explanation. 17.30 still no delivery. I have gave up now. Please don't use these cowboys it's not the same company who had a reputation of quality service. These cowboys are living of that rep and destroyed it.”
“If I could give 0 star I would but could not so lucky them they still get 1 star. I sent my parcel 21 May and until now no updates. It say it already left the UK but they don't know the location or arrived in the country destination. Sent many emails and calls but they answer is the same saying because of the pandemic. I paid for GlobalPriority £47 but still can't get it delivered. Not even the customer service bothered to escalate or investigate the location of my parcel. Do not trust them to send your parcel as they will not be able to help you. Now my parcel seems its lost and they don't just accept it and keep saying because of suspension and pandemic. Other services is much reliable than this parcelforce and can deliver quicker. Better avoid them and do not use their service even you don't have options still do not use their service because it will end up lost, waste of time and money.”
“Two packages sent from same company in Norwich on the same day and time one arrives here the other one in Belfast???? As I live in South tyneside it's certainly got strayed . What a joke . I paid 12.95 for this service or lack of it. The company themselves were terrible so a double whammy.”
