“My second desktop PC from them, to replace my first from 11 years ago which cannot run windows 11 (thanks Microsoft). I am very pleased with it, it is fast and I had no trouble adding my old HDDs and DVD writer, although I needed an extender for the sata power cable from the cx550 power unit, as the connectors on it were too close together. The PCS staff were very helpful throughout the build process, and the delivery by DPD was prompt and faultless. I would recommend both. It was interesting to discover that had I purchased all the components myself from Amazon, the total cost would have exceeded what I paid PCS.”

“Creating the order for the custom built PC was straightforward. Helpfully, the process automatically pointed out where certain chosen components were not compatible with others, and gave suggestions as to what to choose instead. A follow-up call to the telephone helpline was equally well handled, by knowledgeable and helpful staff. The delivery was well executed by DPD — a company for whom I also have high praise. All in all, a very satisfactory experience as a customer of PC Specialist. I would certainly buy from them again.”

“Website relatively straightforward to use. I compared many build sites and found PC Specialist the easiest, some functionality to compare builds would help. I spoke to Sales team twice any they were very helpful. I asked ChatGPT what the perfect build was for my requirement and it gave the same view. Good service, kept updated, delivery as expected. It took me a while to transfer from my old W10 build, but now up and running and happy.”

“The complete service. Using the configuration made life easy. I did not want all the RGB’s so opted for a solid case and non RGB items where possible, I am 69. I was kept in touch all through build and even some photos of partial build were sent to me. A very quick turn around and competitively prices. Although I am not fully up and running I am very pleased so far. I did make use of customers service which was also quick in coming back to me. A very big thank you”

“The pc is perfect does everything I needed it to do it’s just next level defo be using you guys again for the next build Tbh only one issue but I can live with it is the led wire coil I got ain’t controlled by the rgb controller so my pc is blue with rainbow wires lol”

“Excellent service from order to delivery. Kept up to date with progress of order and even received a 360 photo of the build before testing. I received an email early on Saturday explaining my order was awaiting dispatch and that it would likely be dispatched on Monday. Being cheeky I decided to contact PCS to see if there was any way I could upgrade the shipping for it to be dispatched Saturday to arrive on Sunday. Martin at PCS CS was exceptional and checked with their dispatch team to see if they could do this very last minute change. To my surprise they agreed to do it and my order arrived in perfect condition by 12pm Sunday. Thank you Martin for going above and beyond and to the entire PCS team for proving such an excellent service.”

“In the past I have priced up the components after shopping around and I found out I couldnt build it myself any cheaper, and plus, if you self build, you dont get the warranty etc etc. So this time around I did not hesitate, I went right ahead and bought a custom PC made to my specification. The last one lasted me 10 years. Its still going strong. This new one will hopefully last me another 10 years! The build time was there or there-abouts within the expected timescales and you can track your machine through some parts of the process. Would highly recommend. They are not paying me for this review!”

“I’m extremely happy with my new PC from PC Specialist. The build quality is excellent, everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. It works quietly and runs all my tasks without any issues. The delivery was on time, and I was kept updated throughout the process. The only minor point is that Windows Pro was installed instead of Home, so I’ll need to reinstall to match my license — but apart from that, I’m fully satisfied. Highly recommend!”

“My son recommended I use you because he and my grandsons had previously purchased your machines and were very satisfied with their choices. I followed his advice and decided which pc suited me the best. The website was easy to access and it was simplicity itself to place my order. I was kept informed at every stage until DPD delivered. My new pc is everything that I had asked for. I am incredibly happy with it. So thank you”
