“I have bought 2 PCs now with PC specialist. I have been delighted with both PCs and any small issues I have encountered have been quickly resolved by their support team, normally within about 1 working day. You are always kept in the loop when the PC is being assembled/tested/dispatched.”

“Everything turned up in great working order and was easy to get everything started once I got all the extra packaging out of pc, which is great to see as it makes me feel as if there’s a really effort to make sure nothing is damaged during the delivery process. Customer service is excellent and was really helpful and fast to respond to my concerns. Overall, once it comes to a future upgrade down the line I’ll definitely be checking what’s on offer at PC Specialist before checking anything else and would most definitely recommend to anyone else to check them out if they’re wanting a pre built system.”

“Had a bit of a faff with my first order, where it wouldn't allow me an option to pay via card for some reason. After several failed attempts by customer support the order had to be cancelled and a new one generated for some reason. Once this order got underway all went smoothly. Excellent packaging and the computer build was absolutely fine.”

“My new PC is perfect and really well built, exactly what I ordered. The only reason for one less star is the packaging wasn't quite strong enough and I had a damaged kettle lead and screw but it was quickly rectified.”

“They were able to produce a computer to my specifications so I was able to combine it with existing parts rather than have to replace them all. I was kept updated with detailed progress emails. When the finished item arrived it was well packaged and the wires and cables within the interior has been neatly cable-tied to keep them out of the way when installing the graphics card.”

“The quality of the end product and build is to be lauded...perfect, well laid out cabling and so very well configured on the out of the box OS build. But the thing that rings of PCSpecialist's experience is the website configuration. Dynamic on your spec, letting you know ow when a component won't work with others you have chosen. Saved me so much stress.”

“I have never used a servce like this before. I normally opt to build my own. The site and interface was straightforward, and if I made a wrong choice on components it would offer a recommendation. For instance, I asked for an 850w psu and it was telling me that I should use a lower wattage to save money. I could choose to follow the advice or ignore it. The building and testing was all done quickly. I chose to have them send me an email each day to tell me what stage they were at. If I had one minor complaint, they sent the quick start guide for the motherboard but not the user manual, and there was no guide for the extra gfx card bracket that comes with the case (as I installed my own gfx card), so I had to work it out. Overall pc specialist was a good service and I am happy with the PC I have ended up with.”

“Custom pc build. The web site worked well. Customer service were very good when I had a payment issue (not their fault). Good tracking on the website while the machine was being built. Pc works well and I am pleased with it”

“Initial component choice and compatibility checks were very clean in both navigation and provided information. Build feedback was nominal, though the progress updates were much appreciated and further built my anticipation. Delivery was swift and within the allocated timeslot. Prompt and polite. Safe and secure. The build itself is superb. The presentation within the case and subsequent running of the PC have excelled all requirements. I have had no issues so far and have been undeniably relieved that my choice to have PCSpecialist put together this new build has spared me any stress or labour compared to the last time I put my own components together. Well worth their positive reputation. I would enlist them again and recommend them others. I believe that their promise of warranty and assistance should any issues arise will live up to the high standard they've exemplified so far.”
