“Easy and clear website made ordering my Gaming PC a doddle. Competitive pricing and ability to customise, with plenty of help available on their Forums, meant I got the spec I wanted at a good price. Once ordered updates are provided via email and online and delivery was made in good time.”

“The website was very easy to use, obviously I did my own research into compatibility of components for my build but the website is designed so that if you pick incompatible bits for your PC, it flags it before you purchase which is a brilliant feature. Id highly recommend to anyone building their first PC or even someone wanting to make themselves their dream high end PC. I built an absolute beast of a machine and it looks slick, is quiet runs EVERYTHING and I only juuust slipped out of my budget but then I found a snazzy case so thats my own fault 10/10 pc specialist. C.”

“Top team. Pc put together beautifully, order process curated with care and had an expert team member to talk to where i was recommended changes to REDUCE the price and IMPROVE the performance. These guys want to get you the best value for money. Only input required from me was to unbox, plugin, remove internal packaging and connect the wireless antenna.”

“PC was build and delivered quickly with plenty of communication from PCSpecialist on the progress of the order. So far everything seems good with the computer, and all in all I think I got value for money. However... I had a nighmare when I first turned on the computer. It immediately tried to install Windows but couldn't find a network. I knew I had ordered a wireless networking card, so couldn't understand what the problem was. The Windows install wouldn't progress past the 2nd screen. In the end I had to use the terminal to bypass this part of the installation process so I could get into Windows and determine the problem. Turned out the wireless card was not installed. A quick ring to customer services revealed that the wireless card was actually a tiny USB dongle. This had been chucked in welcome pack box with the spare screws and brackets and just looked like a lump of black plastic. Once inserted in a USB port we were able to get online and activate windows. Please PCSpecialist, if you are reading this - either ship your computers with these dongles already in a USB port, or put them in clearly labelled packaging. The instructions provided were not helpful either because they are so generic. Other than that everything has been good.”

“Ordering was very easy, putting the whole setup with immediate check, if the setup is compatible. I've tried a couple different companies before, but only PC specialist has sent me a 3D photo of the newly build PC setup, that was definitely unexpected and made me smile ! Professional service, very happy with the delivery”

“Excellent customer service, with 360 degree video of workstation sent to me during construction/test. The only downside was inaccessible USB ports due to misalignment in the case (see photo). This was evident in the build image supplied by PC Specialist, and should really have been picked up in the final quality control check, before shipping. It was an easy job to re-align by reseating the card in the mother board, as advised by customer service, but should not have been necessary in the first place. Other that small thing, I would have no hesitation in recommending PC Specialist to other computer enthusiasts looking to source a bespoke piece of hardware. My AI image processing models now run in a fraction of the time they used to!”

“A really great service from start to finish. A wide range of specifications you can pick out the box plus a huge array of customisation options. This might sound complex but it’s not, the system detects if your customisation options are compatible with each other allowing you to build the perfect machine. Once I’d configured my machine I contacted the team to double check on a few things, they responded very quickly allowing me to place my order. Great updates during the build including pictures of my machine being built. No problem with courier delivery. Once received it took me about 30 minutes to get the PC up and running which was totally automatic and included my Ofgice apps. Brilliant!”
