“Arrived as ordered, however had to search online for documentation of how to open case and add other components. Was expecting these in the packaging or via a pdf.”

“This is my 2nd pc from Pc Specialist. Needed an upgrade so bought a Ryzen 9 7950X processor, X870 Eagle wifi7 Motherboard and a Radeon RX 9070 with plenty of fans contained in a Lumin ARGB Mid tower case, and so far, no issues at all. Even sent me a photo of it set up before testing, and also kept me up to date each step of the way. Look forward to my next purchase in a few years”

“This is an excellent machine. I'm still discovering new settings and sockets on it. I went for a top of the range Corsair case with an Intel Core 2 i9 processor and an Z890 Gigabyte motherboard and RTX 4950 graphics card. I can't fault it. The processing speed is unbelievable. A huge thanks to PC Specialist for putting this together.”

“The process of ordering, building and dispatching was simple. They keep you informed throughout, showing which stage the build is at. I ordered the fast track service and they stuck to it aiming to have it dispatched within a few days. Really happy with my build and is exactly how I expected it to turn out.”

“This is the fourth PC that I've purchased from PC Specialist's now, the service has continued to be up to a great standard, in the past when I have an issue they have stepped up to the mark and sorted the problem quickly and professionally. "incidentally the problem was at my doing not theirs". This new PC was a more basic build for them, using the latest components with only the Case, Motherboard, i7 chip, power unit and small SSD card as I was adding in my own graphics card, larger SSD's and DDR5 cards. however the service was excellent and from order to delivery was only 6 days. I particularly liked the online check/schedule that is available with up to the minute awareness of build time. I've recommended this company on my last review and if they remain up to their exceptional standards I shall keep giving them 5 stars. Should you be requiring a new PC this company will not let you down.”

“Very quick service... took 7 days to build the pc from the point of order. Obviously it would be more expensive than building your own pc, but I've calculated and they don't take too big of a profit margin compared to getting your own components and building it from scratch... plus you got the warranty sorted out in one place 😀 a no brainer for lazy people like me. No problems yet with my pc (fingers crossed it stays that way lol) and very satisfied with the temps and performance”

“There was an initial problem with my order, however, when I contacted the team I was given clear support on my next steps. I was then able to return my order and have the problems addressed in a very easy and very timely manner. It was a fantastic service. The initial build did take longer than I would have liked, but it certainly wasn’t an unreasonable amount of time. The online portal meant I was kept informed every step of the way. The end product - my laptop, is great.”

“Good customer service when I had question about computer parts before buying, was dispatched quickly for a custom PC and when I had a few issues were happy too take back for repair and had computer back relatively quickly for a repair, all round good experience!”
