“The computer has worked smooth with no issues since I got it, the only issues i have had were from me using older accessories ( mouse and keyboard). The website seems pretty easy to use but I had a friend help me build who has used the service before. Pricing seemed fair with the building costs as I do not trust myself to build. appreciate the update emails throughout the whole process too.”

“I was able to make changes with regards the specs of my pc. We had already bought one for my son, and then I decided I would like to upgrade mine so I could give my other son my old pc that was still a decent build. The only thing I would say is I can't access the upgrade option for once we have a new pc, ie I would like to add a sata drive now, but the link on the website I can't seem to make it work. Other than that is was a really quick build and delivery time for both pcs and I am totally impressed. They built it cheaper than I would have been able to do. Top company, I will purchase from them again in the future if I ever need another pc or laptop building!”

“Ordered a AMD PC to run Linux, which it does flawlessly! The website is put together very well making the ordering process easy, I like the feature if you try and order parts that are not compatible, it is highlighted and offers alternatives. Great communication during the build including photo's of the progress. The build quality of my PC is very good, would highly recommend!”

“I needed to replace a desktop PC over 10 years old. I asked a local computer business for a quote which was both over-specified for my needs (a freelance software developer) and overpriced. My son recommended PC Specialist who had made his high-spec gaming machine. I assumed they would not be interested in making a simple PC for office use, but I was wrong - the website makes it clear and uncomplicated to draw up a PC specification. It was delivered in about 14 days and I have been very happy with it. In addition it was no problem to order it without an operating system so I could install Linux Mint myself, which was very straightforward. The internal build is very tidy and It was not difficult to increase storage by installing another SSD. I am very pleased that I followed my son and her daughter who both ordered their machines from PC Specialist!”

“Website was great. I designed my PC - corrected my design based on the feedback - then ordered. The site gives, in my opinion a 7 day production window. This should be 10 days. Better the PC arrives early rather than late (in the mind of the customer!). Overall the initial experience has been excellent. Time will tell if the machine and the components I spec'd live up to expectations . . . . But so far so good.”
