“It is a brilliant build of the PC I have been wishing for. Everything works perfectly and in brilliant condition. The instructions to get it setup was easy and simple to do for amateurs, which is brilliant to see. And it came within like 6 working days after ordering which is especially good when it is a custom built. Many many thanks!”

“First time buyer, never used a gaming PC before. PCSpecialist was fantastic, the choosing of the components was really user friendly and told you if they were compatible or not. Very competitive pricing and great service from start to finish. Delivery felt like it took an age, but that could be because I was impatient and eager to get playing on my new PC. Will be using again!”

“My PC was made to order in 14 days. I was able to choose a great spec and configure the machine I wanted. So much better than buying ‘off the shelf’ in a store. Communication was good and the machine arrived well packaged and undamaged. There was a slight issue with the case USBs but this was quickly rectified once I reported it - I was sent a diagram of the motherboard and the socket I need to inspect. Once the cable was reseated everything was fine. This is my 4th order with PC Specialist and I’ve never been disappointed.”

“I absolutely love the build-a-pc process on the website, it is so damn functional and well laid-out that for the last 3-4 years I've settled on PCS as the people I'd eventually be buying from; window shopping was just too easy and enjoyable - sorry for all those extra website hits, guys! The system I've gone for is giving me roughly 3 times the framerate, in highest settings at 1440p with supersampling enabled in my favourite game - I honestly couldn't be happier. The thing runs like a dream, does everything I want it to and has scope for expansion down the road (my last system was 9 years old!), its everything I wanted and more. I was also really pleased with the customer service over email - being a dummy and new to the idea of graphics cards needing brackets (what have we done?), I'd outlined concern that the images I'd been sent didn't look like the bracket was attached to anything. Personally I would have responded in a derisive and patronising tone - "Mate, do you really think we'd just have a bracket floating free in the case.. for what? Looks? Come on, this is our business.." etc - but instead I received an incredibly swift reply that was extremely friendly and let me know I was worrying over nothing - very much appreciated that!! :D”

“Firstly a UK based firm. The ordering process is slick and easy to navagate, allowing a tailored PC to be assembled to your requirments. The build was on time and dispatched in a timely manner. The PC when it arrived was well packaged. It worked perfectly after reading through the instructions. All round excellent.”

“Tras unos 15 años con mi anterior portátil gaming de la conocida marca del Alien (no hay que decir más), ya empezó a fallarme el hardware y tuve que empezar a buscar su sucesor. "Googleando", elegí PCSPECIALIST (sin conocerla) porque es la única de todas las que miré (incluida mi anterior) que me daba lo que yo buscaba en potencia. PCSPECIALIST ofrecía a nivel de máximo detalle y configuración cada componente elegible y adaptar la configuración a tus propias necesidades. También PCSPECIALIST da la opción de poder mandarlo y reconfigurar tu Hardware para hacerlo mas potente en un futuro. Seguro que yo tardare bastante en hacerlo porque va mas que "chetado". Tras unas semanas con esta pedazo de maquina, me encanta. Robustez, calidad en los materiales y soberbia de saber (por la configuración elegida), que puede con todo. Se que me va a aguatar durante bastante tiempo el poder jugar a todo lo que le ponga en configuración ultra. El tiempo de espera desde que lo solicitas, hasta que te llega es mínimo. Pongo como referencia que mi anterior Alien..me tardo un mes. Este solo 8 días. ¿Contras?, solo una, y realmente no lo es. Muchos se preguntaran si hace ruido. Si te compras un Ferrari sabes que va a hacer ruido porque es una bestia..Este Recoil 18, es una bestia; hace el ruido que todo ordenador portátil Gaming potente tiene que hacer. Solo aconsejo, al que se pida este tipo de ordenadores, que se compre una buena base enfriadora. Alargarás exponencialmente la vida de tu portátil. Yo no escatimé en gastos, y ya tenía en mente una; esta no se encontraba entre las bases enfriadores que también ofrece la propia página. Para terminar, decir del grandioso servicio que ofrece PCSPECIALIST en el aspecto de su personal; tanto en primera instancia en el chat, como los demás departamentos una vez realizado el pedido. De que les solicitas información en nada están contigo y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites sin el mas mínimo inciso de duda. Una vez realizado el pedido siempre te están informando de todo el proceso de construcción y estado del mismo a través de mail o de su propia pagina web. Sin lugar a dudas, a cualquier persona que conozca y necesite un portátil o PC nuevo le recomendaré PCSPECIALIST. Y yo mismo, en la futura actualización, volveré a contactarles.”

“Your support has been good, your communication is fantastic - unfortunately the PC arrived and the windows install files were corrupted. Aaron on support had to talk me through downloading the files again and putting them on a usb drive and then booting from that - so not an ideal situation. This PC was for me but I buy all the equipment for the 500 strong staff team at work (I am Head of IT) and last week I had to but a desktop pc but went a different direction as I couldn't afford to have it arriving non-functional. My RGB Ram has a mark in the centre of the RGB which is annoying. Apart from that everything else was spot on.”

“The process of ordering my custom PC was straight forward. After I chose the parts I contacted support to make sure what I did was accurate and the reply was always quick and helpful for any question I had. After ordering I could see the status of the PC so the delivery was accurate too. Setting it us was easy too and I am not a computer genius. So far everything looks the way I expected and I am happy with my choice.”
