“An excellent service. It was fun specking out the PC with their friendly web interface. After purchasing the PC, I decided to change a component the next day and expected to be charged an admin fee, but because they hadn't began the building phase, they actually refunded me the difference of the component instead! I also enjoyed the updates they sent me, keeping me updated on what phase it was in. It has now arrived in perfect condition. The next time I buy anything PC or Laptop related it will be from PC Specialist. Top interface. Top service. Quality components. Thank you and keep up the good work!”

“Can't fault anything about my experience. The PC builder where I chose the components is Brilliant as it let's you choose from suitable components that work together I sought some technical advice that I took on board and helped me with the design. The communication at each stage of the build was exceptional and I even received a photo of my PC when completed. packaging was perfect and now I have my PC I'm very pleased with it. Amazingly quiet and lightning fast. Very happy. A Brilliant company!”

“Really good service and very happy with my new PC. Perhaps slightly unfair, but missing a star because the wrong power cable for my GPU was supplied and set up (as I was installing my own separate GPU). This was despite flagging this to PC specialist beforehand, which meant undoing some of their nice cabling. Not the end of the world, but feels like I can't award 5 stars. Overall though, highly recommend and happy.”

“I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the significant delay and lack of communication about my order 2963319, for which I paid over $4,000. At the time of purchase, I was assured that the order would be delivered within 5-8 days. However, it has now been 18 days without any updates or delivery. When I contacted your team for clarification, I was informed that the delay is due to items still being awaited and that the stock was not managed appropriately on your end. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the premium price I paid and the initial promise of delivery by December 16, as stated on your website. I placed the order on November 29, and the lack of transparency regarding delivery times is unacceptable. Moreover, when I asked if there was any form of compensation for the time wasted, your team simply refused to acknowledge the mistake and did not offer any gift or gesture of goodwill. This lack of empathy, especially after spending top dollar on a premium product, is infuriating. Given your failure to meet the promised delivery window and the poor handling of the situation, I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid. I trust you will understand that this situation is unacceptable, and I hope we can resolve this promptly. I look forward to your immediate response. Sincerely, Rui Oliveira Order number 2963319”

“Very happy with my PC. The order process was simple, selection of components helped by the forum users. Expectations were well managed around things like build time and order delivery. Everything worked out of the box. Only small niggle is that the BOIS settings were not right for the RAM installed. Easy to fix, but for a high end machine I would have thought that would be checked.”

“Great customization and overall service, second gaming Pc from them now. Only downside was PC would not start without an error, I had to alter the Bios settings as it was coming up with fan speed issues on CPU (water cooled) and could not install any programs as a windows folder was missing and had to use a windows repair USB. Annoying as it was first use, but once i fixed it there has been no issues at all.”

“I've used PC Specialist now for a few of my computers, from a beefy work machine to a home laptop. I adore how detailed the website is, allowing you to fully customise your PC. You get informed along the way about how it's going in terms of building, testing, and delivery. If I have one gripe (and it's a small one) you can get very cheap Chromebooks and better, more expensive laptops, but there aren't any that bridge the gap between the two (a laptop around the £400 price point). But aside from that, it's an awesome place that I highly recommend.”

“I wanted to move away from console gaming and go back to PC gaming using a high end gaming rig. My current rig needed updating, so PC Specialist was my first option, as I previous used them and was very happy with my past experience buying from them. I opted to go for a brand new setup using the latest Intel i9-14900K CPU and Nvidia RTX GPU. Choosing my PC setup was was extremely easy and the build time was very quick (I did pay for the faster service though). The PC was ordered on a Tuesday evening and was delivered first thing on the Friday morning, which was very impressive. I would highly recommend PC Specialist if you want a top of the range well built gaming PC.”

“PC pick and mix process was easy to follow without having to know which components are compatible. Status was easy to follow too. When it arrived on time, it was really well packaged and no damaged. The only negative side not with pcspecialist but with the delivery company DPD was how it wasn't handled with care but the packaging took care of that. Would definitely recommend them.”
