“The first custom pc was outstanding. The second one, full of issues, a poor support. Power options that hidden by software although they claim they are not until you show them a screenshot on how you did it. They sent a laptop with a keyboard with an issue on a letter I wanted to buy the keyboard and install it myself I can't they need the computer, so Ill be without it for a few weeks. Even though the support offer something else. Like if its a big secret that TongFang builds the mainboard and even other pieces. Almost 3k and dissapointed. Specially at their responses.”

“I bought an Ionico 17.3" a few days ago and it has been a really good upgrade compared to my old notebook laptop. I appreciate the next day delivery, ease of specification configuration on the website and multiple payment options. So far the keys haven't broken or anything and they don't appear to look greasy due to sweaty fingers so that's an extra. I would purchase from them again when I need a new system. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the inability to upgrade, as with pretty much all laptops, due to the soldered components being hard to upgrade safely. But other than that, it's amazing!”

“PC arrived within the time they said it would. They actually get into bios and enable XMP unlike other PC manufacturers. PC arrived looking like it hasn't been through delivery since nothing was damaged. Everything was well set up. Would I order again when I'm older? I mean I would probably build a fully custom built setup when I'm older, but I would recommend PC Specialist to people who I know that may not know how to build computers. Rating: 10/10”

“This is my fourth computer from PC Specialist. In terms of build quality, their machines are excellent. There is a small problem with the webcam, which I am trying to sort out. It could be a Windows issue. Don't let that put you off, my older computers ran for years without any issues.”

“Configuring/ordering service is easy to use, laptop was built quickly and runs like a dream, had an issue with windows not loading correctly on initial setup but I was able to get through to technical support with no wait and the assistant quickly solved the issue for me.”

“PC Specialist is an overall great experience,from the great customer service, the variety of prices that can reflect to any budget and taste of products. The only thing you won't need to use is the returns & refunds Cause the product you are getting is top quality ( unless you want to upgrade you ll never return anything to them ).”
