“This is my second laptop from PC Specialist and I seriously doubt I will shop anywhere else. The customisation options and overall build quality are exceptional. My first laptop lasted 5 and a half years before the hard drive gave in and for the excessive use vs cost this was excellent value for money for the lifespan. For my second laptop I had an issue with the setup of the operating system, I contacted their technical support and a man called Bradley guided me through the fixes available to a successful resolution. From both experiences so far I wouldn't recommend any other company.”

“Computer was very good, although cable tidying could have been a little better. Agents were very helpful when choosing the products and making changes. However, when enquiring about dispatch, there were several confusing answers which resulted in paying more for delivery and then having to be refunded. One of the screws on the right-hand side of the case was broken and then stuck back on, which I'm not too pleased with for the cost of the machine, but managed to glue it together so it holds.”
