“Had a couple of crashes and teething issues at the start but have had no problems since, seems to have sorted itself out and runs like a dream. Very happy with customer service and the way you can keep tabs on your order, website shows what stage it's at and even has explanations for each stage, it turned up within around a week of ordering which was great. I bought a laptop and my only concern with it was that when selecting components it didn't really give too much detail as to what the motherboard actually was, or specifics for the battery and power supply. I know what they are now but perhaps list the motherboard specs within the component selector section. All in all though, great machine and great service. Well done!”

“Very Happy. Less than 7 days from order to delivery. Everything as requested at a very reasonable price. I liked the way that I was kept informed on the order progress all the way from processing the order through assembly and testing and right up to the delivery driver ringing my doorbell.”

“This is the third PC I have ordered over the years. They have all been faultless and the second one, which is almost 10 years old, I still own. It runs perfectly receiving daily moderate to heavy use. The only replacement part being the cmos battery. Delivery has always been faultless and on time. Highly recommended.”

“Brilliant service, customer chat was flawless everything. Delivery was quick, and on time. Laptop itself (ionico 17") is insanely fast. It does heat up more than expected, and the sound on it is too quiet, but its still great quality for the specs”

“I don't usually write that many reviews, but I wanted to make it known that these guys really do deliver top notch products and services. As I am now closer to 40 than 30, I have kind of lost my confidence in building my own PCs so let PC Specialists do it for me (for the 2nd time) and like my last computer (which is still going strong 8 years on might I add) the build quality, attention to detail and overall customer experience is brilliant. Only took 2 days to get the PC build and it was at my house within 5 days, with nothing missing, expertly packed with more than useful documentation. If you want an ad-hoc PC built without breaking the bank (this PC cost me about 700 quid, would have been closer to £1000 in normal retail) use these guys.”

“Meet Eileen "A gaming laptop must play".... My last lap top was so old it could barely play Minecraft and some of the keys didn't work. I looked for a good all rounder, found one I was happy with and scrolled down to the price. "How much"!? (must be read in your best Yorkshire accent). Opened up PCS website as the team had put together an epic PC for my gaming, composing, streaming daughter, a couple of years ago. Matched the spec I'd been looking at (very easy to customise your spec on the site) and voila. Saved a packet and my new laptop was completed, delivered earlier than expected. Arrived in excellent condition thanks to the masses of protective packaging and was up and running in 30mins or so. Box includes a comprehensive, easy to follow destruction booklet for setting everything up. Can't recommend PCS highly enough! I have renewed my love of laptop gaming :)”

“it was really straightforward, I knew what gpu I wanted, but didn't know what was compatible with it (mother board, wattage, etc) this guided me all the way. it was easy to store quotes, it was easy to do pretty much everything. excellent progress communication once purchased, and it arrived promptly. the only negative was when I wanted to share my build with a friend they couldn't see it when I shared the link unless they logged in as me. I'm probably not doing it right though! but a small hurdle easily resolved.”

“An easy to use company for all your computer needs! I built my first computer with PC Specialist and it was so easy to choose all the components, ensure they fitted and worked well together and all for a great price. I especially enjoyed receiving notifications on each stage of my PC being ensembled and all the checks they did to ensure it was in a great working order. Highly recommended!”

“PC Specialist built and shipped my PC in record time. Delivery itself was quick and arrived before expected. They gave me everything I needed and even sent me an email before it was delivered telling me where I need to be plugging everything in. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a PC”
