“I ordered a PC and had a minor issue with a stuck GPU fan which happened during delivery. The team were able to advise on rectifying this within 24 hours of which I was extremely grateful. All in all, excellent service!”

“Amazing service! Was very easy to pick the parts for my computer and it made sure it was all compatible. During the build process I was made aware of what was going on which was awesome. The computer was then sent next day delivery. The whole process took about a week for me which was very quick. Computer came nicely packaged and was easy to setup. This is the first time I’ve had a gaming PC and I’ve never had so much fun, I’m loving every moment of it.”

“I have ordered 2 laptops from PC specialist. the first time the machine had a flaw and was sent back to be fix. Customer support was amazing. The machines themselves are great. I use them coding, gaming and general use and have never had an issue with the performance of the machines”

“I had never used this company before and I wanted a really good quality to laptop and pc specialist did not disappoint! I have no clue about any of this stuff and if I’m being honest I just wanted a laptop for sims and this was so worth the money! It came really quick and fantastic quality!”

“This is the second custom laptop I have ordered from PC Specialist, and the quality and service have only got better in age. I made a very powerful spec laptop, I9, 64gb ram, 3080 TI GFX as I would be traveling a lot and wanted to have the option to game in the evenings when stuck in a hotel. This was perfect, lighter than I expected but the power even holds great for my VR kit. There was an issue on my order when they did not have 64GB of ram in stock but that was communicated to me and it only delayed the build by 2 days which was nothing really. Then my order was supposed to be delivered on the 2 hottest days in the UK which understandably could not happen due to health and safety. but it arrived the day after. the Box came well packed and protected. When I ever want a new laptop or even a PC I would be looking at contacting PC Specialist to satisfy my needs.”
