“First time order, first time building a laptop from scratch Cool system to tell you which parts aren't compatible Laptop is reliable so far after nearly a month and in the heatwave is able to keep itself below 75°C”

“Delivery was late as they Emailed me to expect delivery but hadn't dispatched the P.C. so I wasted a day waiting in for nothing. They provided a new front panel to resolve a problem with a USB port. There are other minor problems which could be due to Microsoft updates. Overall, I'm satisfied and would use them in the future.”

“During the crypto boom when graphics cards were at their sparsest, I was still able to get one built with one of the new cards. The case was a little tightly packed which left little room for my old hard drives but otherwise everything went well, my order was finished quickly and delivered safely to bring me back pc gaming again”

“Second time we have ordered custom built Laptops for use with BIM software and have been very happy with the quality, speed and value for money of these laptops. Help is there from the support staff to make the right decisions so we have the right computers for the job. It took less than a week to get delivered. Will definitely be going back in the future when its time to upgrade other laptops in the company.”

“I know nothing about what parts I need to build a gaming pc. So I rang pcspecialist, and built a pc on the phone with one of there advisers. It was delivered in 7 days which is 3 days quicker than they estimated me. It handles every game with ease, and the graphics are immense. Would definitely recommend and use again”

“I needed to build a powerful PC that could handle 4K video editing and lots of gaming. The interface of the PC Specialist website is very straightforward and the options provided for each component are broken down and easy to interpret (assuming a prior knowledge of computer hardware, but even if this is not the case, you can make inquiries directly through the chat to help with your build). The build time, testing and delivery was incredibly quick and I received the PC within a week. It was easy to get started and mostly plug and play. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely make use of the upgrade service in years to come.”

“Well the build is very good. They kept in touch at each stage of the build. I bought a backup of the operating system on a USB Flash Drive with Windows 11, which I hate so much. Beaning able to put what ever operating system on, I still have the ability to re-load windows 11. (Long Live windows 95 & 98, and I still run one computer with windows 98SE)”

“I have been further impressed by the technical expertise and excellent service that PC Specialist provide, having bought my last system from them 10 years ago (which is still working well). The online specification process is fairly intuitive and provides many options. But for those of us customers with rather limited up-to-date knowledge there is a danger of over-specifying one's true requirements. On discussing my order with a PC Specialist expert he was able to give me a refund of over £1000 because I had not realised that I did not need a workstation motherboard or more expensive Microsoft licence as I will not be using the computer as a server. They also advised me on a more appropriate case which was in stock. My order included a new keyboard and mouse but I ordered my new monitor (Dell U3023E 16:10) and specialist full duplex sound card (ESI Maya 44eX) separately. Their after sales advice has also been excellent.”
