“Very prompt and efficient delivery”

“I have been further impressed by the technical expertise and excellent service that PC Specialist provide, having bought my last system from them 10 years ago (which is still working well). The online specification process is fairly intuitive and provides many options. But for those of us customers with rather limited up-to-date knowledge there is a danger of over-specifying one's true requirements. On discussing my order with a PC Specialist expert he was able to give me a refund of over £1000 because I had not realised that I did not need a workstation motherboard or more expensive Microsoft licence as I will not be using the computer as a server. They also advised me on a more appropriate case which was in stock. My order included a new keyboard and mouse but I ordered my new monitor (Dell U3023E 16:10) and specialist full duplex sound card (ESI Maya 44eX) separately. Their after sales advice has also been excellent.”

“I have personally ordered two systems from PC Specialist. Enticing my brother to also purchase two systems as well. They are a pretty good local computer company. They have superb customer support. Only downsides I can think of, are the builds of their Clevo Laptops, but they just assemble them. The design is from a Taiwaneese company. Subsequently, my computer arrived with a faulty GPU, which they promptly replaced in two days. However, was given a Zotac variant of the same GPU with a lower-clock. Which is nit-picking. I would recommend them highly.”

“Needed a new high power laptop, Dell could not deliver. Helpful company confirmed my spec(bigger spec than the Dell) and nearly £1000 cheaper. V pleased. Delivered in 4 days”

“I have ordered pc easy to order.i customised my pc they will tell when you placing an order you choose wrong parts, Ower power or less power they will tell you and once you plac a order they will update everyday good company to order pc or laptop helpful service I highly recommend this place if you want to place order”

“I found the service simple to use, I greatly appreciated that, as I wasn’t purchasing a graphics card with my pc (since I already had one), that they asked what model it was to ensure the cables were ready to go, and I also liked that they logged every step of the process of putting my pc together. “This is the fourth PC we have purchased from PC Specialist, this time a Elimina Laptop for my son to use for college. Very prompt service with delivery only a 4 days after placing our order. Well packaged and easy to set up. My son is very happy with the performance, particularly for the speed of editing Videos to upload to You Tube. Great service as always.”
