“No attempt at delivery, just delivered to a Post Office 2 miles from my house. No attempt at 're'-delivery so I had to carry the 10 kg box 2 miles. Computer seems to operate oddly. Locking the screen then logging in again closes applications that were left running.”

“Very comprehensive website with lots of options. Ordering was easy; the PC was built and arrived about 1 week later. It was easy to configure. This is the second time I have used PC Specialists and I will do so again and recommend it to Friends and Family.”

“Really fast service, ease of use on the website was really good. Amended my order 2 days in and it didn’t seem to extend the delivery time which was great. It’s worth paying the extra money over building it yourself because you get some warranty and it only takes about a week to have a fully built and ready computer rather than mess around with everything being delivered separately”

“I requested my build, nervous about what to have made. Not only was it delivered quite quickly, I was surprised at the amount of care put in. Everything was packaged perfectly. My computer runs so smoothly and I would fully recommend these guys to anyone, with little pc build knowledge, to have them take care of you!”

“Had a couple of crashes and teething issues at the start but have had no problems since, seems to have sorted itself out and runs like a dream. Very happy with customer service and the way you can keep tabs on your order, website shows what stage it's at and even has explanations for each stage, it turned up within around a week of ordering which was great. I bought a laptop and my only concern with it was that when selecting components it didn't really give too much detail as to what the motherboard actually was, or specifics for the battery and power supply. I know what they are now but perhaps list the motherboard specs within the component selector section. All in all though, great machine and great service. Well done!”
