“The computer supplied had overheating problems so had to go back. I got the item back and all OK with communication very good. Happy with computer.”

“The end product is great, has been easy to set up and 100% reliable, the worst part was waiting (only about 5 days I think) from having clicked the purchase button! I priced up my system individually shopping around for components and could have got it for maybe two or three hundred pounds cheaper, but then I’d have the hassle of making sure it all fitted together and I’d be liable if something wasn’t right. Paying that little bit extra to make it someone else’s problem was exactly right for me.”

“I ordered my new computer and received it within a week. Some of the parts were not available but I was immediately e-mailed to discuss other options which I agreed to and the order was processed . I also received a refund due to the change in the order. I received regular communications about how far the order was completed and it was dispatched in a timely fashion. The packaging was excellent and the instructions were easy to follow to set up the computer. I would definitely recommend this website to friends and relatives.”

“First of all id like to say how great the customer service is, at first i created an order and a few days later i saw some rather negative reviews on youtube of the case id ordered so i rang pc specialist to see if i could swap it for the corsair 5000t. Even though the pc had gone into the testing stage they pulled it back and got it changed to a different case. Ive owned my pc for a month now and im very pleased with my purchase I cant fault it!”

“The service was first class throughout my order. It was easy to select the components I required for my new PC. A query I had was answered very quickly via email. The order was updated regularly as it went through the different stages of being built. Delivery was also great, and the computer arrived in great condition. Highly recommend!”

“Before purchase, the sales and technical team listened carefully to what my needs were and advised on the best gaming laptop for me. The price was competitive and the latest components used. The delivery was great. There was a problem wiht the speed of video editing and I was able to return the laptop for checking with no problem. A change in a setting was needed and the laptop returned to me promptly. I would use the company again having been impressed in all aspects of its operation.”

“Experience was ok: easy online process and delivery within a week. Stoping there my experience was great! Once I got the PC unboxed and switched on, I however had the unpleasant surprise that key brand logos were replaced by PC specialist own logo...imagine paying for a nice Corsair RGB CPU liquid cooler only to see a PC specialist logo instead of Corsair on the pump head...bad! Especially that nowhere this was communicated... I could remove the added sticker on the case too but this isn't was I was expected. Had to fork another £30 to receive the correctly branded RGB pump head from a third party... A shame as everything else was great!”

“I gave five starts because it went everything perfectly! The website is probably one of the most accurate in the category, let you choose the "type" of pc you want and then make you choose every single part and the most important thing is that if the components are not compatible for any reason it let you know. I received my desktop pc in six days and the package was definitely enough for protect the pc. About the pc in itself you can see that it been assembled by professional people, amazing job guys!”
