“Ordered two custom built mini PCs which arrived within a week all correct. We were kept informed about the progress of the build from start to finish. Good value for money - not cheap but you do have to pay for custom built / personalised things. Overall very pleased with the results. Would happily use them again.”

“I've been using PC specialist for maybe ten years now, mainly for data processing laptops and desktops. Customisation options are great, build speed is quick and customer service has been helpful and practical when I've needed it. The defiance laptops give me good screen size and power and have been robust enough to survive plenty of field work on construction sites and open boats.”

“Ordering/configuration process worked very well (3rd time I have used PC s)and I was kept informed all the way through the process e.g. any non compatibility of modules selected. Delivery was quicker than expected (or wanted, see separate review of DPD. Info sheet regarding connection of graphics card card confusing as not representative of actual graphics card. PC booted up and running well. Slight niggle regarding "one size fits all" booklet which really did not help regarding external connection.”

“The PC Specialist website made the selection of my custom build PC so very easy and also checked that all items were compatible. I was very surprised that the ordering was so easy; they kept me informed at every stage of the build, and the computer was delivered by courier within only 4 days. Unpacked the computer was everything I could have hoped for, and the set-up made so easy. I am one very satisfied customer and can happily recommend PC Specialist to other computer buyers! Well done PC Specialist.”

“I ordered a £1538 pc from this company on 2/8/22 and have since been able to use it for about 4 days (it is now 18/9/22). 4 days after arrival it would not show picture so was sent back. They "Could not replicate the issue" of something I have video of and was magically fixed after a week. Upon arriving back from pcs, the bottom of the pc was heavily bent in. Pcs claim it was the courier even though there was not a scratch on the box, and it managed to bend a solid frame. Throughout all that they will not offer any form of compensation due to their toc's even though I have had miniscule use out of it in 6 weeks. Save yourself some time and get the parts from Amazon etc, get someone to build it and have better guarantees. This company really won't care about you after they've got your money.”

“I've used PC Specialist 3 times now, and each time they have been absolutely excellent. The PC builder on the site lets you keep track of what you're spending, once you place the order they keep you informed at every stage of the building process, and each time I've used it they've despatched within 5 working days. The computers come extremely well packaged, even using internal packaging to protect components. I'll definitely be using again!”
