“Overall I am very happy with the service and product I received. All as described, works well, and very well packaged. I felt that the e-mails were responded to promptly. I did feel that it took a really long time to get my new PC though (despite all of the components being in stock. I liked the way you can log on to see where your PC is in the system (pre-production/ build / testing etc) - but it might be interesting to see a queue to better manage expectations.”

“Very easy to use configurator which allowed for easy build tweaks. This the 5th computer I’ve bought from PC Specialist and always recommend them. The only downside this time was the predicted lead time, which was way out. However have a look at their forums to get an idea of real lead times.”

“A good price and the build was neat. Packaging was good. My main criticism is the delay of build. If they were honest in the documentation, I wouldn't have any complaints. However, they are vastly different once the order has been placed.”

“Website is easy to use, and the automatic compatibility check for things like an appropriate power supply and the warning message for CPUs that don't have on-board graphics are very useful. Prices were very reasonable, especially given that at the time scalping graphics cards was rampant. Computer arrived in good condition and right on time. The build quality was very good, and the internal cabling had been well managed, resulting in a clean-looking PC. Care was obviously taken when building it. Windows was pre-installed on the drive so the only configuration that needed to be done was setting up user accounts. Overall this was a completely pain-free experience. This was the third pre-built computer that I've purchased from PC Specialist over the years, one for myself and the others for family members, and I would be happy to buy a pre-built PC from them again in the future should I need one.”

“Assembly and delivery was fast and without issues. The support line was also quick to respond and helpful when I had questions and issues. Laptop had a fan problem, but the team was quick to help me figure it out and offer the support I needed.”

“Really great PC, order did take a bit longer than I expected, also it had a bit of confusion during set up which could be made a bit clearer with a simplified instruction list specific to the PC. Overall no problems yet and I am really enjoying it so far.”

“I am super happy with the service they provided, my pc is neat and tidy beyond anything I would be able to do. i had a minor issue and the phone service was amazing in helping me deal with the issue. Excellent.”
