“Laptop itself is great, performs well and build quality is good. Customer service as well was really good, responded within a day to a question I had about my order. My only complaint would be the time to go from ordering to arrival, but even that wasn't awful - just longer than last time I ordered from here.”

“Ordered a custom laptop for my daughter for University use, laptop was built and shipped within a few days and within the timescales stated. The laptop is great, it is fast and light, I have not tested the battery life yet, but compared to her old laptop, this is lightning fast! Thanks again PC Specialist for a fantastic service!”

“I am so glad that after a great deal of research I opted for the PCSpecialist company. I required a fast and efficient PC to edit videos and photos on, and although this company wasn't the cheapest, the top quality components that they offered justified the cost. When I unpacked the PC, I noticed some rattling in the covers. Upon investigation, I found small pieces of plastic in the front cover. It turned out that one of the front feet had broken, and I found the rest of the foot in the bottom of the box. This was not too much of a problem and could have happened to anyone. After a swift 'phone call to PCSpecalist, I received a replacement foot the next day - Thank you. Very impressed with the speed and quality of the computer, and the helpfulness of their customer service, and would happily use PCSpescialist's services again.”

“Pcspecialist did a great job in helping me get my pc, the customer service was wonderful the price was good but I’m pretty sure you could’ve done it for cheaper. Delivery was very simple and easy and also very fast. I didn’t have to return or refund my pc so I have no thoughts on that.”

“Ordered a laptop for my son for gaming but also school use. I liked being able to spec the build in detail but also that the various component prices seemed fair - some other places I looked at seemed to load on the cost when you go for anything other than base spec, I guess to make their "price from" look enticing. I paid for the expedited build so it would arrive before we went away on holiday, and it was built and delivered even quicker - ordered Tuesday and we had it on Friday. Very happy with the quality and feel of the laptop, in particular the keyboard types very well for a laptop and the screen gives a brilliant image. Maybe a small criticism is battery life, we bought a model with a larger battery so it would likely last a school day without needing a charger but it won't manage that. That's really my fault for not having done much/any research, but some indicative battery life ratings against the various laptops would have been helpful. Overall I'm very happy and would definitely order from pcspecialist again.”

“This is the 3rd PC I've ordered from PC Specialist - a compliment in itself. Like the others, this one, bought primary for my son and his gaming, is a really good machine - well-built, fast and robust. The lag time changed as soon as we ordered, however, so it arrived well after my son's birthday, which was a disappointment. Happy overall though.”
