“I was kept informed Re' my order throughout each stage of the process.On delivery my PC ran perfectly and was practically 'Silent'...I have now had four PCs over the years and have not once been disappointed...Buy without any worries!”

“From the ease of ordering via the selection process to the final delivery everything went according to plan. Slight delay in delivery, but emails and calls were answered within the expected timeframe. Product an ASUS PN50 Mini PC arrived very well packaged and as per delivery date and time. PC fired up with no problems and internal memory and SSD card were as expected. Very pleased with purchase and competitive on price. Would use again and recommend.”

“Product excellent. My son compiled his own order and he has no complaints. Took longer than expected but if it works perfectly is that an issue? Something that has always bugged me is that you are often required to have free trials that you don’t want and have to uninstall. PC Specialist make it possible to order without these which is great.”

“Website was very easy to use and had a good selection of parts to choose from. Sorting out payment was straightforward and it all went through immediately to confirm my order. The only slight issue I had was that according to their website, the pre-production stage was supposed to take around 7 working days, but mine took 16 working days. But as soon as I emailed them with my queries, they sorted it out straight away with great customer service. I received my order 2 days later, taking 1 day to build and test, and another day to ship. The PC arrived extremely secured and packaged well. Everything had previously been set up and tested so it was just a case of plugging in my old SSD and it was ready to go! Cable management inside the case was also amazing, making the inside of my computer look neat and professional. Aside from the minor timing issue, everything was smooth and ideal to what I wanted from a custom PC buying experience. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend!”

“There was a mild delay with my build but this was expected due to the lack of GPU supply. Whenever I asked for an update it was provided within the same day and was always accurate. Pc turned up safely and works flawlessly. Great service.”

“I bought a custom made desktop. Some components, originally marked as being in stock, were in fact not in stock, as I discovered later after waiting and waiting. I had to modify my order and double check with PC Specialist that all components were actually in stock. After that, the PC was delivered within a few days. This is 10 days ago, so I can only speak for the present. I have spoken to their staff a couple of times, and they were very kind and helpful. Always double check with them that all components are in stock if you do not want to wait a long time.”

“Very professional service all around and always going the extra mile to inform you of the actual stage of where things are all the way up to the shipping of your order. I don't know if I got lucky, but I was really impressed with the care that went into putting my system together, especially the cabling, which is always a sign of a very professional and capable technician in my book, so on second thought, I think luck had nothing to do with it. The system arrived in impeccable condition and so far performs far above my expectations, and I have had a very clear idea of what components I wanted in it and also, of what I wanted to be capable of, so I do not say this lightly... The one thing you guys really need to look into is your packaging. I know that my system had not to travel too far, so I guess it's not too much of a problem, at least not in my book, and certainly not enough to take off a star from my review (though the thought did cross my mind), but the packaging left a lot to be desired. I have my doubts that the single box is a good idea, especially when it is as flimsy and easy to come apart, like the one I encountered but you do need to revisit this area, as in pure terms it was simply not strong enough, and depending on how the carrier handles it the contents could have been damaged. Still, and as I said, overall, I am very happy with my choice and I really think that you guys have won yourselves a new customer here. Thanks again, for all your time and effort...”

“Lovely little machine. Laptops have certainly got lighter, smaller and considerably more powerful. Having spent a whole day debloating windows 10 I am now functioning as I want to. Customer service was good on line, price is what you are prepared to pay, and thankfully (and hopefully) I won't need to access the refunds and returns...”

“The desktop PC is now working well and I am pleased with it. The delivery was nearly 2 weeks longer than quoted but at least progress could be monitored via the website. One glitch on arrival was that the second hard drive was not seen in storage and so was unavailable. Problem was quickly cured by calling the helpline number. A connection had come adrift in transit. Overall the purchasing experience was good and I would consider using this company again for a PC.”

“We purchased 3 PC's for design use from PC Specialist. First off, after providing them with a brief of what we needed the PC's to do, they cam back with a recommended spec, which we were able to give to other suppliers to quote against. PC Specialist price was by far the cheapest, so after giving them the order, the built & delivered the PC's very quickly, & all 3 are now up and running. They are lightning fast, very quiet, & doing a great job for us. Thank you PC Specialist”

“Great baseline communication; I was e-mailed when certain steps of the purchase were fulfilled, as well as how my personal order was progressing. I wish they'd inform the customer more. Whilst I understand that during this period there is a certain uncertainty about the stock of items and such, I wish along the way, I was informed if any item within my order was the reason the whole product was delayed. Once my order was completed, I was promptly informed through e-mail that the following steps were taking place. Making me feel quite assured. The individuals working on the product are written on the order details, making me feel safer about any unexpected occurings, should they happen, as I can identify at what steps it could've possibly originated. It was delivered to me promptly, as they said, and was packaged very safely and nicely. I love my computer dearly and trust this service more than others I have tried in the past.”
