I placed my order in May 2021, it took approx. 5 days to go into pre production and from there it was around another 15 working days before it went into build & test. It was difficult at first to get updates from people, however I used the online chat service and occasionally called them which seemed to work and hurry them along. I made several changes to hardware, such as M.2 drives, cpu cooler and other components and all of this was taken care of and the notes about which drive to install my OS system were followed. When my PC was shipped, it came well packaged and I had great tracking information to know when it was going to arrive. It was very easy to set up and I've had it for 2 weeks so far without any issues. Overall very happy and personally I would recommend other people to use them, even though there's a lot of negative and bad reviews, my overall experience was pleasant and hassle free.

Terrible company to deal with. I spent a significant sum on a custom-built high-end PC back in June/July 2020 and received it in August 2020. It is less than a year old but I have sent it back twice now because of faulty components. The first time it took over a month to get back. Now it has developed a fault again and I will be waiting two to three weeks to receive it again. This PC is my working lifeline. What makes it even worse is that they fail to acknowledge any failings of their service, instead offering useless platitudes of sorry, we're doing all we can, and so on and so forth. They also lied about the total time to wait for the repair. On the second occasion, I was told roughly a week, but with it being a holiday I allowed for more time until I called to find out it was actually in a two to three-week-long queue. Their complaints process is a token offering to appear as if they will reply and resolve the situation - it does nothing, they do nothing, the managers will never speak to you, and avoid any sort of resolution. I will not be ordering anything through this company again. My recommendation would be to build it yourself.

My laptop charger has become dodgy due to poor build quality. I was clear that I need my laptop for work and they said it would take 2 weeks in total to repair. A total lie. I am now being told that the queue length is 6 weeks. 6 weeks before they will even look at it. Awful service. Avoid at all costs.

Edit 1: They got bad reviews deleted/hidden in here stating that reviews are not genuine. So I repost this one. Here is my order number: 1526400 , bought on 3 May 2019. They are simply lying, not me. Edit 2: Below problem (explained after Edits) continued for another month, they sent back my computer without making any improvements. Then I identified the problem myself :D:D:D:D:D They said their technician could not identify it. Now, they replaced my graphics card and it is on the way. And this time guess what, they could not prepare the shipment properly and that is why I am waiting for more than 1 week for a shipment to come. Edit 3: By far, very far, the worst customer experience. I suggest to avoid at any costs. Though I reside in Belgium, I ordered from them thinking that they provide top quality service and I didnt know where to buy a desktop PC safely in Belgium. I told them that I want them to make sure of just two things: - PC works silently - PC performs good Even though PC was prepared and send to me in about 2 weeks in total, I didnt mind. However, when I started to use it, what a fail. It was like a drilling machine working at home when I tried to play games. And it was with a nice case, RTX 2060 graphics card and a liquid cooler! All parts were new and even though they say they tested it, clearly they just did not mind a drilling machine working at home. And it is nothing related to usage, I didnt even change anything in the system and imagine, since the first day of the computer, it works like a drilling machine. Staff is trying to be helpful now but sending a PC that is working like a drilling machine and expecting the consumer will not return it? Telling that they already tested it? What is this? And to be clear, I do not mean a computer working with fans a bit loud, it is making all the strange noises you can imagine. If you are sitting in a silent room, it is impossible to concentrate. Then I returned it for a check up on February 24. The case spent about 8 days, trying to pass through customs, and since March 4, waiting at PCSpecialist warehouse. And today, on March 11, I got the response that my computer is still on the queue to be checked :D:D:D I suppose around the end of this month hopefully I will have it back, after more than a month. To sum up, I totally regret purchasing from them both because they clearly sent defect items in the case and even though they try to seem to care, they dont really care about the customers.

Currently 63 working days into my order - fully aware there is a global GPU shortage, however a lot of other reputable sites are updating their customers weekly with how many orders they have, how many GPUs they have received and what they expect to receive in the coming weeks. PC Specialist on the other hand, absolutely no updates whatsoever, when you do ask for an update all they tell you is that they cannot give you this information (but give no reason why) "Unfortunately I would not be able to tell you, due to the current situation and the constraints on the part. Also we can't give number of what other people have ordered. However your queue positions is close but this may change due to the parts. If we can assist you any further, please do not hesitate to contact us. " Latest response I received when questioned on where my current position in the queue is etc. This is my first time ordering from this company, and if I ever do receive this PC before finally cancelling the order, will be the last.

Waiting times on phone - horrible and far too long, waiting time actually increased . Through my recommendations , ive know least 3 households that have bought machines of these guys . Like me these people will looking for new machines , will make sure these house holds dont make the same mistake as me . Company use to be ok . After a almost a year of covid , find it poor that a company will still use it as an excuse. Please save your the head ache jarring experience and shop else where . Thank you

When I placed my order, I called to make sure some extra notes would be added to the work order. I'm terrible with hardware, and as I wanted to add 2 more hard disks, I requested for the connector cables for those 2 disks to be left in bays 2 and 3 (instead of having cable ties that make them hard to reach, as is the default) The order was assembled very fast (extra * for that), but guess what happened: I got the box, opened it to plug the disks, and no cables in bays 2 and 3. They didn't even send the cables on the intro box - I had to reuse some from an old computer. The fact that a simple customer request got ignored took all the joy from receiving it quickly and forced me to a full hour of painstaking work that I didn't need if only they followed my instructions.

I've been waiting for my PC for 6 months now! What a joke, I've never experienced such a bad customer service! It takes them 1-2 hours to pick up a phone and email back takes a week. They placed my order without having stock in place and they don't even know when they're going to get it. When asked for the alternative stock, they sounds ambiguous and unclear. I lost client work and it affected my business because of it. I've never felt so frustrated with any order before and I seriously don't get all 5 star reviews, must be fake accounts as my experience's been entirely different. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible experience, will never use them and I wish no one has to go through what I went through. Took them almost 3 weeks to deliver , then the system broke down within a week. It took 1.45 hours me holding the phone and waiting for someone in tech support to attend to me, and listening to automated computer lady repeatedly lying that someone will be attending to me in 30 mins They’ve taken the pc back now and saying it may take up to 2 weeks. I had to move my flight and my leave to make sure I get the pc in good for but it’s turned my life upside down. I really wish other customers can learn from my experience and take their business elsewhere Please just fix my pc ASAP, I can’t wait any longer. I’ll have too many family and jobbproblems and I am not doing mentally well because of so much wasted time , why should I waste time for your lack of quality?

For a good measure, I decided to post my review from Trustpilot here too. The more people will start taking their business elsewhere the better. Hopefully, something will change within PCSpeciaclist after that. Used to be a great company pre-COVID, now AVOID AVOID AVOID post-COVID. Don't trust waiting times on the websites. Initially, I was given 15-17 days lead time and currently, I am at 25 days and the order hasn't even moved into the production stage. On the forum, some people have waited for 60 days+ and counting. You will get automated updates by the system on your order which will slowly morph from days into weeks and into months. Impossible to get to customer service - phone or email. Called once, spent a shy 2h on the line to be told that my order will be in production in the next couple of days (I think it was 17 days in). Threatened to request a refund via email and got a response saying that actually, some components are missing, so I have to wait indefinitely until they are back in stock... Spend your money elsewhere, at least until COVID is over because whatever happened to PCSpecialist turned them into a non-functioning company with abysmal customer service. It is a big shame as a couple of years ago I ordered a gaming laptop (top range and everything) and it came within 2 weeks. Now, for your money, you will only get a massive sense of dissatisfaction and frustration. I couldn't bear it any longer so applied for a refund and got a laptop elsewhere.

This company has the worst customer… This company has the worst customer service i've ever experienced. PC's are despatched without any quality checks and you are left with the impossible task of trying to contact Customer Service. My longest wait was well over 3 hours, yes 3 HOURS! frequently they cut you off after waiting over an hour. Emails are ignored for a week or more. If you try to raise the issue on the website forum you will find yourself belittled and then banned. I strongly advise you try and contact the customer service team before you purchase so you know what to expect when it all goes wrong.

Terrible experience: ordered and paid a computer, really long time to complete the order but the real issue was halfway through the process someone pops out saying that "for a mistake of the website I didn't pay the correct amount and VAT is missing" now they're forcing me to pay 261 pounds more because of an error on their end or they are not posting my order. that is not the way to carry a business, if you make a mistake YOU pay, not your clients. First and last time I buy from them, avoid carefully.

They used to be very good but it now takes hours to get through to customer support. My new PC has turned up not working and they won't swap for a working one but, instead ard going to make me wait while ir's sent back and fixed. I think that's apalling service.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a custom PC for my cousin, all arrived fine but the PC died two weeks later. It took them over a month to finally collect it and they are giving us the run around on trying to get a refund. Even going as far as to claim peripherals were not returned and charge us for case damage which must have been done during shipping as it left us in the same condition it had arrived! Still no refund. 3 months later. Avoid.

used this service in order to monitor WhatsApp on a target device. Anthony Russo was very helpful and skilled. He tried the device that originally had purchased and found that it couldn't be rooted. He recommended a specific Samsung model. He was able to root it and now we can monitor the device. Just talked to Charles after 2h45minutes waiting time, i tried to find out why my laptop did not get built yet 25 days after i paid 2k. He suggested me refund or wait another several weeks. Really? No manager available, supervisor might call me back in a few days. Its a joke, NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM
