When I placed my order, I called to make sure some extra notes would be added to the work order.
I'm terrible with hardware, and as I wanted to add 2 more hard disks, I requested for the connector cables for those 2 disks to be left in bays 2 and 3 (instead of having cable ties that make them hard to reach, as is the default)
The order was assembled very fast (extra * for that), but guess what happened: I got the box, opened it to plug the disks, and no cables in bays 2 and 3.
They didn't even send the cables on the intro box - I had to reuse some from an old computer.
The fact that a simple customer request got ignored took all the joy from receiving it quickly and forced me to a full hour of painstaking work that I didn't need if only they followed my instructions.
