“My order was in preproduction for a while as they have so many people placing an order ,once in build it didn't take long ,am i pleased with my new tower custom built , Yes very Happy , extremely glad i placed an order with pc specialist its much better than an off the shelf ,its excellent”

“Great PC made to required spec and son is very happy with it. Once it in the construction process it was quick to be completed and communication was good but seemed to take a long time to get to that point from the original order being placed.”

“you built my pc to my specs and it is running like a dream it is really fast and the help i got from the customer help line was top notch there was 1 little issue i had to wipe the computer and install windows 10 pro as home was installed on it but that was easy to do i hereby thank you for my gaming pc highest recommendation regards mark”

“This has been my first order from PC Specialist, The whole ordering process was easy and components are checked for compatibility with each other. A useful tip before ordering is to check the spec in their forums, the people on there are very quick to respond and are most helpful. You are kept informed of the build progress but delivery estimates can be a bit misleading especially in these times of Covid and backlogs of orders due to card shortages. I'm very impressed at the build quality of my PC and cable management was good. My only gripe would be that there's no method of submitting any notes to accompany the order, ie to specify mounting the radiator in the cases top instead of the front, specify extra cabling for additional drives etc. Overall a happy customer!”

“I have been really happily surprised with the simplicity of the order/ build/ delivery. I've got a better, larger-screened laptop for less than I was going to pay from one of the big name pc retailers. I was getting really confused trying to understand what the specification was from said big name website - PC Specialist were able to take my requirements and give me what I wanted, and with no fuss. Thanks! :)”
