“Pc arrived after 6 weeks of waiting and was above and beyond my expectations. If did take a while which I can put down to the current climate do the world. However my two emails where both answered next day and I felt in the loop. If I could of added anything to make the service better an email about my order being delayed would of been nice. Other than that, spot on!”

“The PC was a built to spec with no issues. Considering the current global pandemic they still managed to build the computer with very very limited delays! Computer runs smoothly and all component parts work including all the LEDs! Wpuld definitely recommend as the company also kept me up to date along the building and testing process”

“Good communication and a nice user experience when ordering. Had a long lead time on my unit but that's due to GPU's being out of stock so nothing they could have done. Would recommend them.”

“Great range of resources and selection, and the forums to help support you ensure your choices are the right ones are very helpful. Machine was neatly put together, and runs very well. It did take a few weeks as others have stated, but given the logistical problems, labour disruption and global chip shortage, you have to expect that!”

“This is my first Pc and it has not disappointed. Pc Specialist made this process very easy and it’s the best decision I have made having been a console user all my life. The delivery time wasn’t the quickest but I was kept up to date and the communication via the website was brilliant. If I would to ever get a new one I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Just got an all in one PC to replace an old Sony Vario all in one. The Sony had great internalspeaker sound, built in microphone and Web Cam, an in built DVD, touch screen, so no need for mouse or keyboard,with USB ports on the Side and back. What I expected from an all in one. What I got was horrible sounding internal speakers, A so called magic micrphone that just puts noise into any audio you try to record, a Video cam that is on but not mounted so it can see outside?? weird!!, no DVD writer, although that was my fault for not realising one was not included, but worst of all, USB ports on the bottom of the unit, meaning that to plug anything in you had to tip the whole unit on it's face or back to plug anything in, the stand hampering that to!! Serves me write for buying a pig in a poke! Wish there had been 360 pictures of the thing.”

“Superb company, a well made and powerful computer delivered in the promised time frame. The website is very intuitive and easy to use. Placing the order was a piece of cake, every stage easy to follow online. Delivery went without a hitch, packing of a high quality protected the computer extremely well, and it worked perfectly straight out of the box. I would definitely buy another from PCSpecialist.”

“Deliver was a bit longer than I thought it would be, but I was kept up to date. I would rate PC Specialist highly, it is an excellent pc they delivered and the customer support could not be better. I setup and activated the software, then installed a backup program, did a backup and tried a restore, but because I renamed the backup image, it failed after reformatting the disk. I phoned PC Specialist and they had the patience to talk me through the repair process and got it up and running again in no time.”

“Awesome service. Site was easy to use and suggested appropriate changes to make sure all my components would vibe together. Order was 10 days late due to the company self isolating the build team due to a covid concern so clearly the company cares about its staff. This was clearly communicated to me by Jamie of their support team in live chat so shout out to him. So far all going well with the comp and no concerns what so ever.”
