“I have just bought a laptop from PC Specialist which is my 3rd computer from them since 2008. It was built to my own specification and the price compared to those off the shelf was very competitive. The laptop was built and dispatched within 8 days. By logging into my account I could see exactly at what stage of the build my machine was at. It was delivered by DPD and I was able to see exactly what time slot it would be delivered in. I couldn't fault the service and I'm very happy with my new laptop.”

“I'm very happy with my new PC, which sits almost silently flashing through it's window. The performance is as I expected, and I felt it was good value for money. The order process was straightforward, but I did feel that it would have been better to acknowledge from the outset that there were delays due to Covid working rather than wait for me to email in and say that there didn't seem to be any progress. Michael replied and explained what the position was, which was helpful, but perhaps being up front on the website or order confirmation would be better. Even so, it took four weeks from order, so that's certainly not awful.”

“The online ordering process was very straightforward and once I was advised that the PC was ready for delivery, I was given a 1-hour time slot early in the morning which was adhered to. I am very happy with my new PC, which is so much better than my previous tired one. The only slight disappointment was the time that it took to build (just under 4 weeks) although you are warned that it takes a while. Fortunately my old PC didn't totally die during that time!”

“While it took a while to arrive, I imagine due to parts shortage and HGV driver issues the system I ordered was great! Very easy to customise an order with none of the compromises often made in pre-built systems and great build quality. If I had one small suggestion it would be an option to kit out the system entirely in high-performance NON RGB fans as I could only chose 2x Thermaltake toughfans (rest being standard case fans) though this isn't a huge deal as I can just upgrade those later. Overall very possitive!”

“Whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Picking the parts was a lot of fun, usually I buy pre builds so the customisation was awesome. The team kept me informed throughout and let me know everything I asked. Was delivered the day after they sent it out and it arrived. Things an absolute beast of a laptop. I’ll give it that it isn’t the best looking thing. But spec for spec it was nearly £1000 cheaper then any of the pre builds. I would recommend this site to anyone. Thanks”

“Excellent service and a great product. From the point of ordering my desktop PC. The configurator for building the PC is so easy. It was my first time building my own PC and I made a few errors which were quickly picked and corrected. There was a slightly longer wait, but PC Specialist kept me informed all the way. When I received my PC on delivery day it was well packed. On opening my PC, I opened the PC to check for any damage or loose items, but all was good. The build quality was excellent. The whole process from beginning to end was painless, but more importantly the price was GREAT!!!!”

“I had made two attempts to build a new PC based on Asus Z590-P and Intel 11600K and through basic errors on my part failed with both. I returned the bits to the original suppliers and placed my order with PCSpecialists. Got my new PC last week and it is fantastic. It was properly configured, no spurious junk programs, and when I looked inside it is absolutely immaculate. Works like a dream. Could not be more pleased.”
