“My third PC Specialist computer; it took a little longer to arrive than I hoped - I know we have all been hit hard with Covid, and I was impatient to get my hands on the new machine. My old desktop computer was struggling a bit with the large files involved in photography these days, I needed more RAM and computing power - the new machine does all this and more, and amazinglingly it's almost completely silent. It looks very space agey, transparent case and LED lights, so suitably impressive to anyone visiting my office! The price was, I felt, competitive for the spec of the kit. I didn't want to go gaming, but the graphics element was important for my primary purpose of editing. I am delighted with my new computer, it does everything I need with ease and speed, and it will be able to cope with whatever comes along in the next few years. re the photo, the wiring will diminish once my old computer leaves...”

“Great PC spec & very good value. Our son's pleased with the end product now that we've installed and set it up etc. One thing I would like to see is a 'User Guide' [bit like a car's handbook] for easy reference to the various components. I appreciate that the 'custom' build means several leaflets are enclosed with the PC, but it would be helpful to have reference points in ONE easy to follow guide. Overall a great product and good service. Thanks, DGJ.”

“I bought a custom made PC from these folks, absolute pathetic customer service. I do have to give some credit to Mustafa at customer service, this man really is helpful and cares about customers. But his colleagues are misleading and thieves. 1) Ordered a PC back in Sept 2019, the PC looked great but the switch button got jammed the first day it got to me. Impossible to unjam it so I had to ask them to arrange a pick up and send it back to their warehouse. 2) The whole process took way longer than it should have, before it was delivery, the assembly time was extremely long just to send a faulty PC. 3) I was offered a warranty extension as a sign of goodwill and for my wasted time - that was really kind. 4) But, just last week the motherboard died on me, literally two weeks before the warranty was up. So having experienced the disgraceful experience of having to go through a pick up/return/repair a newly built PC, I decided to take this to my local IT technician to check what was wrong with the PC (confirmed that the motherboard had broken down). 5) Contacted Customer Services and was told that they do not send out replacements of either cases nor motherboards if the case was already opened. Absolutely disgraceful treatment and such a coincidence that in this case they just don't send replacements for "cases" or "motherboards" - the rest seems to be fine as long as you need to use your warranty. I would suggest anyone looking to buy a well built PC to stay away from these folks, amateurs at best, and I can't write what I think of them at worst here. 6) This did not end here, to add to the whole aggravation; I was told that I may need to send my PC back to them when I had replaced the new motherboard that I had to buy myself to have windows 10 license installed in-house by them. Of course I will not be sending my PC to these folks again, especially after having to replace the motherboard myself and pay for repair/replacement costs for myself instead of them honouring the warranty. Do Not Buy From This Business - just a warning for anyone out there. If you don't want to be treated like absolute chancers every time their faulty PCs fail in warranty.”

“Delivery times were a bit longer than expected but were understandable due to the amount of orders there were to go through. Tracking info through the production/testing process was a nice touch. My custom PC was delivered very quickly when it was dispatched. The PC was packaged safely and the case was in immaculate condition upon opening (This was a worry of mine as this was my first custom PC ordered online). The PC booted straight up first time and everything worked as it should . All the RGB & lighting were syncd up and were installed well. The finance option was very quick and easy to complete also. 10/10 will order any upgrades or future PCs from PC Specialist in future”

“The product itself seems good (I've only been using it a couple of weeks) but for me the waiting time was considerably longer than promised. I felt a bit bombarded with information via email with links to site telling me what the lead times were. When I contacted them, it appeared that these were not using current information and in my case the wait was considerably longer. for a standard 'work' spec - nothing special PC.”

“the month wait time is worth it. i love the computer so much and it runs perfectly. i was worried about transit but it was packaged well and arrived safely, and im grateful for all the information thats also included.”

“The order progress was slow but all come just in time. The PC was well built and all works fine apart from new PC teething issues around software. The PC was also well presented with good information and was exactly what I had ordered.”

“I ordered a laptop for my wife as an anniversary present. The process was straight forward and the price was reasonable given the specification I requested. The whole process took about 30 days but as the date of our anniversary was close, customer services were very helpful in arranging a special delivery. My wife is very pleased with the PC and particularly the speed with which she can now surf the web”

“Unfortunately my PC arrived with a couple of issues, the graphics card did not work and the HDD was not secured to the PC case and so was swinging about in transit. In turn, this broke the cable connection the ARGB fan control board. With all this a quick call to PC Specialist and all parts required were ordered and sent to me ASAP in order to fit and get everything working as required. PC runs great and the support offered for the issues was excellent.”
