“The laptop is fantastic! Its so much more than i couldve ever asked for! Its fast, runs quietly and is super thin and light so i can travel with it easily. There was a little wait on the build, but it was a very busy time so completely understandable, and they kept me up to date on progress all the time and I really appreciated that”

“Great service. There was a huge demand for the builds PCS to so I had to wait 22 working days before they could even start building. I understood this and was updated regularly. When selecting the components for the PC it did give me the estimated time which was in line with how long I waited. There are some great people on the forums. I posted my build and was recommended some improvements that would make my system smoother, faster and more future proof. These weren’t salesmen for PCS but computer enthusiasts. I appreciated their advice and recommendations and made the adjustments which were as simply as swapping out the components I already selected for the recommend ones. When it came to the day where it was my turn to have my order built, the build, testing and packaging took a day. It was despatched the same day aswell. This was so satisfying. It came on a Saturday having being scheduled to come on the Monday. I’m from Northern Ireland so this was impressive. The system was straightforward to set up. There was a small glitch with the BT driver but an uninstall and reboot fixed that. The system is amazing. No glitches or faults after over a week of use. Delighted with it and it has exceeded my expectations. I will 100% be using PCS for any upgrades in future and would recommend to anyone.”

“Amazing service, the site is very easy to use to order your pc and PC Specialist keep you up to date on everything as your PC is being built. PC arrived in perfect condition and the build quality is incredible, all the inside wires are tied up out of the way. Would definitely recommend.”

“I finally saved enough to buy a new pc after 8 years or so and pc's are very expensive now. So glad i ordered a high tech gaming pc from Specialist though. The case is beautiful and everything inside is so neatly built and tied up. Would never have been able to choose parts or build it the same way without the simple site options and advice i received from these guys. Much better imao to save agro and have Specialist build a pc for you. Thanks”

“It did take over a month but it is made to order so I think it is absolutely fair! There have been problems with graphics cards supply too so understandable that it took a bit longer, especially during a pandemic. Very pleased with my PC and how well it works! PC Specialist kept in touch the whole way and you can track the build online which i found really helpful”

“After order was placed, I had waited for two months to get the computer to be built. The delivery was really bad. They did miss the delivery date for two times and finally when I opened the package I found that one corner of PC case was damaged. Still negotiate with PC Specialist customer service to get some refund for this damage. However, the people who is in charge of this case just ignore my email and so far hasn't come back to me. It is really a bad experience to buy this PC.”
