“First time I have bought a PC from this company and I have to say I am very impressed. I ordered it on the 14th of July and it was dispatched on the 16th of August, delivered the following day by DPD. That seems like a long time, but I wasn't in a great hurry, and it gave me time to update my order by adding a DVD drive. Customer service was impeccable updating the order very smoothly with no problems at all. The PC was delivered well packed and unharmed in transit. After a small problem, (my fault, I couldn't find the on switch) which was also sorted out on the phone to customer service, the computer fired up first time and worked faultlessly. Windows 10 loaded smoothly and as explained in the excellent Welcome Booklet. This booklet is full of very useful information including how to return the computer in the event of a fault (very unlikely!) I can only say thank you for supplying a first class product, I look forward to many years use.”

“Great online purchasing experience. When building a PC, if you add bits that are not compatible it tells you and advises what you need to be compatible so you can be assured your build will work. Pricing is decent and competitive I feel. Build time was 16-19 working days. I ordered 10/08/21 and it arrived 13/09 so it was a little longer but I was not in a rush. The site is not clear on what is classed as build time and it does not necessarily start from when you click buy. Communication through the process was next to nothing other than an email 6 days in saying "your order has been in progress for 6 days"... I knew that but it still didn't tell me when it would arrive :) Once the build actually started about 6-7 days before I received it the communication picked up so I knew when it was built, being tested and so on. You get nice booklets with the PC and overall I am happy. Just a step up on communications and expectation management could be good which stopped me giving 5 stars.”

“This is my second PC Specialist desktop. My first was an "off the shelf" from a well known computer chain several years ago. This is my first "made to measure", and I am very impressed. The whole design/ordering process was very easy. I changed the capacity of the SSD after I'd ordered, which resulted in a puzzling second charge for Windows 10. I was kept up to date with the progress of my build via email, although the various stages can seem to take a long time (ORDERED 10 AUG - PROCESSING 18 AUG - ASSEMBLY 8 SEP - TESTING 9 SEP - READY 10 SEP - DELIVERY 13 SEP - well within their projected build and delivery time). The computer has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I have no hesitation in recommending PC Specialist.”

“Priced fairly and very competitive. Customer service was second to none as they always answered any queries I had. And as soon as it was built it was sent out and I received it 2 days earlier than expected, overall very impressed and happy with my new pc.”

“Brought a new pc for our son, and was very impressed with the service right from the beginning, the website did a good job helping configure the set up that best suited our budget and was really clear if there was things that needed altering before purchase. The company kept us updated how things were progressing and the delivery was on time and in perfect condition. Our son is over the moon”

“The expertise and efficiency of the process is such that this is the second PC that I have ordered from PCspecialist. I cannot fault any of the processes and I was well pleased with the result. One thing however I would remark upon. The motherboard that was supplied had a hidden surprise that many of equal experience to mine would have have caught short upon, as was I. Its only monitor socket was a display port. Rare for a motherboard to have only one. Only my newest monitor had a corresponding socket. I was forced to delay setting up until I had bought a display port to DVI converter. It would be a good move for PCspecialist to have commented on this peculiarity once this mobo was chosen. This suggestion is offered for future reference. John Kay”

“My son wanted a new PC that instead of buying one directly off the shelf, had to be made up using different components. Not knowing where to start with this, his friend recommended PC Specialists. From start to finish they were outstanding with their communication and also recommending parts that weren't required or things I may wish to consider changing. I would highly recommend PCS to others in a similar situation.”
