“A really good all round experience with PC specialist. Not just a good price but I really appreciated the empowering information on the website giving me the ability to be able to configure the build and specification of a computer . Once done it was really helpful to discuss the build's "fit for purpose" with a helpful member of the customer service team. Useful updates during processing, build and dispatch.”

“My computer was delivered with a faulty keyboard and faulty aux output. On asking if this can be fixed they have declined to answer properly or let me talk to a manager for 2 months, after sending over 40 emails back and forth this is still not fixed. They also told me they offer no support unless you live in england. IF YOU WANT SERVICE GO ELSEWHERE.”

“Several things I liked. The first one was I was buying from a British company employing people here. The way i could fine tune a computer to have what I wanted rather than an off the shelf one that's full up with all sorts of junk you don't really want and the advice was good too. The delivery was good and I didn't have to wait that long for it to be made to order. Now I've got it it's fast and works really well. Really pleased.”

“This is my second computer from PC Specialist and my first desktop. Throughout the process it is easy to tell if any components are incompatible or out of stock and it is easy to tweak a build to look at where you want to splash out. The build tracker is detailed and the build stats were a useful reference. My only issue is that I was unable to load the quote I saved before logging in, I had to re-pick my components after logging in.”

“Almost everything is fine except one thing. Windows copy was not supplied on USB drive as requested in the order. That's all, other things are fine”

“No complaints from me at all. Ordered a custom Laptop, and they sent me appropriate updates on the laptop. Upon arrival, laptop was in excellent condition, and set-up was extremely simple and easy to understand. Finance options also saved me a lot of hassle in the long run. Customer support is also extremely quick and responsive.”

“Used pcspecialist a few times now and recommended them in the past. My latest rig had me waiting longer this time due to parts not being widely available but still earlier than predicted. You can't really go wrong with these guys and they have great tech support as well.”

“We were recommended the PC Specialist by my Friends son. He had got his PC from them and was very happy with everything, he told us the service and communication was really good and that was exactly what we found. It was excellent! My Grandson was able to go on the site and find everything he needed. PC Specialist even saved us money by telling him about parts he didn't need to buy. We are happy to highly recommend PC Specialist to everyone.”

“Order process was good. Had to call a couple of times re progress and customer service was excellent very helpful. The PC computer took longer than expected to be delivered so my son did not get it in time for his birthday. But when it did arrive he was over the moon. Would highly recommend.”

“Although the delivery was rather long, that was soon forgotten, and the PC was put together with little or no problem. All parts were carefully selected at purchase and now that it’s up and running it has turned out to be exactly what we wanted. Yes, an absolute winner!”

“Quick service. But I asked for new laptops which were like-for-like with my older ones but some of the specs are very different such as the power supplies are not interchangeable.”
