“Great site and easy to use. Prices for top teir specs are better than all other places I looked at. Ready built PCs are poor and have short lifecycle with PC specialist you can build your own to your needs at great price. Despatch time is a bit long but overall would recommend to anyone looking to get a new laptop.”

“Excellent service from PC Specialist for a customised laptop. There are a few companies around that will heavily customise desktop PCs but very few that will do the same for a laptop, and this niche area is what particularly drew me to PC Specialist. I was kept informed at all times of the build, dispatch and delivery stages which was very helpful. As I intended to install Windows myself upon receipt, on the website I excluded Windows 10. When ordering, PCS ask what operating system you intend to install so that they can test the laptop in that environment - a nice touch and gave me confidence that I was making a good choice. The build quality of the laptop is excellent and am very pleased with my purchase.”

“Honestly amazing service. Took a bit to sort out my pc but they kept me updated all the time and even helped me out when I had delivery issues whilst moving house. Lovely team and would 100% recommend to others.”

“buying two new laptops was easy, i just chose what specs i wanted inside and put my order in and within a couple of weeks they were delivered both my wife and i are very pleased with our laptops, and cant recommend pc specialist enough you will definitely get more for your money.”

“I was notified of each step in the process and had reassurance that my PC was in good hands and undergoing all of the necessary tests before it was delivered to me. Not only that, but the delivery process itself was very flexible which allowed me to receive my new PC on a day that was more suitable for me. I'm very happy with my order and have already put it to good use! (monitor and keyboard in video are not part of the order, only the PC)”

“Very pleased with customer service and checked that I had selected the right parts for my needs . Also keeping me up to date with the build and expected delivery. The poor DPD driver was late as I was number 102 ,but that was not a problem.”

“Although a problem developed with the sound card on my new PC after a couple of days of operation, PC specialist were brilliant and talked me through tests I could try on the phone for over an hour, eventually resulting in them sending me a new sound card the next day. Brilliant service and I love my new PC!”

“The laptops I ordered are excellent, being able to configure the specification, allowed us to get laptops that suited our business needs at a reasonable price. Having the option to order 2 power adapters with each laptop is great for enabling hybrid home/office working, staff don’t need to worry about forgetting their power adapters. There was a longer than normal lead time, but we were kept informed of progress at each stage, and were advised to expect longer lead times when we placed the order. Delivery arrived on time, we had an email the day before to advise they had been dispatched. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.”
