“I don't have a technical background and needed specific computer and display requirements to run Embroidery Digitising Software. PC Specialist were recommended to me by someone in the computer shop. PC Specialist was so easy for me to use, advice given at every stage about what would and wouldn't work. I was kept informed at all times of the build and they delivered on time. I would highly recommend. Thank you”

“Used PC Specialist for the first time on recommendation from a friend. The website was really easy to navigate and to build my machine according to my requirements. Pricing seemed on spec and I felt that I had achieved value for money. After ordering I wanted to change a couple of things, this was easy to do through the web and my complete order arrived all together, fully tested and within the time advised. I was kept up to date with my order all the way through the process. A good experience all round and fully recommended.”

“Website was easy to use with the configuration and a number of options they have. It would have been nice to have some top premium branded CPU air coolers rather than just the PCS ones but other than that all was fine. I liked that they emailed you about each stage the PC is in and also showing you a preview of your build. PC was as expected and good build quality and all in all a good service and would use again.”

“I ordered my PC and it was a super easy and hassle free experience. The updates when building were super reassuring. The customer support are super helpful and understanding as I had some inexperience when setting up the pc. Hopefully won't need a new pc soon but would buy from here again.”

“I have had three pc's built by PC Specialist and I will not use anybody else. Easy to pick your parts and build exactly what you want.Prices very good and a variety of parts to choose from.They keep you updated all the way from payment right through to dispatch. The quality of the pc build is superb and the delivery is quick.”

“order my pc and they kept me updated with every part of the build even sent me a small 3d image of the build so I could see it and have a look round and asked me if there anything I wanted to change Best price around for what I wanted in my build and the delivery service was amazing”

“I built a custom PC - the configurator has a great function where it makes sure that you can't pick incompatible components, as well as ensuring that your PSU isn't too underpowered (or overpowered!) which is a great touch. Amazing communications - got constant updates with photos of my build, then the ship date and time slot. I got in touch with them via email about a component change after initial specifications were sent in and they were quick and helpful in their reply. This is the second PC I've built with them - can't recommend them enough.”

“Website really great for getting to a specification that suits and once done and ordered kept in touch with progress through build, test and delivery. Couple of questions dealt with quickly and efficiently via email and follow up phone call. Very pleased with pc, performing as desired ! Thoroughly recommended!”

“I recently bought a custom-built pc from PC Specialist and it could not have been easier. The website is super easy to use and has so much freedom in choosing specific parts, without feeling like you can mess up and buy incompatible pieces. It took slightly longer for them to build it than it suggested but I'm sure that was because it was a busy period. The delivery was efficient and it was all super safely stored and nothing was damaged when I received it. If I'm ever looking to buy another pc, I would absolutely use them again.”

“Delivering on promise. Good quality packing. Does what it says on the tin. Only comment I'd make is that I would have benefited from a bit of guidance which actually I didn't ask for so my own fault. I did rely on help from son in law for spec.”

“Absolutely great experience as always using PC Specialist. You know your system is in the best hands. The customer service was efficiently helpful with updates on my order, the delivery was quick and the PC was in perfect condition. The process was easy and made the experience a simple as possible. My first PC has survived 8 years with me, but it was time to upgrade. The new system is the best you can get. It's a powerhouse, you can clearly see the attention to detail and care that PC Specialist goes through for each and every device. Unfortunately, the delivery was slightly later than expected, but with regular updates, they did everything they could to get it shipped as soon as possible.”

“Great company! Very easy to place my order and they checked everything was compatible and fitted in the case before I actually placed the order, which was really helpful. Communication was great throughout the process, with emails of my order at each stage. I even got a video of my PC once it was put together! Delivery via DPD was safe and secure and arrived on time. Great company, would definitely recommend, thank you!”
