“PC Specialist built my previous PC which served me well for 7 years. Never had a single problem with it in that entire time. Naturally, when I decided to get a new one, it only made sense to use them again. It looks great, works great, no issues so far and I've had it for coming up to almost 2 months. If you pick parts that don't work together, they do a quick check to let you know, which is super helpful. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Great customer service - quick to respond (helpfully!) with queries. The custom PC builder is fantastic and helps you avoid potentially expensive mistakes. The progress tracker is a great feature - it was lovely to be sent photos of my build to see how it's actually going to look! Was shipped swiftly and securely, very happy with my new PC. “Used for the first time late 2023 and then again in January 2024. Love the way the website works, a lot of design thought has clearly gone into it. Bit of a hiccup in test with first PC re an incompatibility between ssd (that needed 10w) and PSU that should have had 300w + to spare. This was never satisfactorily explained by Tech Support but was resolved by different brand of SSD. I'd have prefered a full anaysis but was pressed for time. PCS did pay half the cost of the different SSD though. Second PC order went like clockwork. So customer service, price and delivery all good and hopefully won't need to comment on returns or refunds.”

“Picking and choosing computer parts was clear and easy to understand. The price was expensive but expected. I was excited every time I received an email from PCSPECIALIST with news about my computer. When it finally came, the computer was undamaged and it was simple to set up and get up and running.”

“This is the 4th PC that PC Specialist have built for us in 9 years. I honestly would not go anywhere else. My kids like to choose the options and the website is superb. It tells you if the configuration you choose will work and if not, what the options are to make it workable. The build and delivery are always quick, without worrying that someone has rushed it and forgotten something. See you again in a couple of years.”

“I had a great experience with PC Specialist when I used them for the first time a number of years ago, so they were my first choice when I needed a new one. The website makes it very easy to narrow down what you're looking for, and being able to chop and change items and add extra things during the process is super user friendly. The time taken to assemble, test and ship the PC was great, especially given that it crossed over a weekend, and I've had absolutely no complaints about the product since using it. I would highly recommend PC Specialist to anyone and will be sure to use them again next time I need an upgrade.”

“The ordering process from initial enquiry was quick, easy and painless. I specified the requirements and what I would be using the PC for and the advisors quickly tailored a quote for a PC that would meet my specific needs and budget. This was a massive expense for me and one that financially I could not afford to go wrong and PC specialist out performed in everyway. From how the PC runs to the outside aesthetic (The only bit I made a choice on!) everything is perfect and I couldn't of wished for anything more. Everyone was so helpful. Once ordered I was kept informed by email the whole way through the build process so I knew exactly what was going on, it even arrived earlier than I had anticipated and on a Saturday too! Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone as they know how to make the ins and outs of buying a computer simple and bespoke depending fully on the customers needs. Exactly how it should be. My new PC is fab!”

“I thought I had already written a review but here goes again. PC Specialist excellent. Easy website (My son in law helped me with all the tech spec stuff). Good communication all through. Fell apart with the courier. Courier left it by the back gate out in the open! Fortunately not raining and we were back soon. All working well and used for this review.”
