“My first PC specialist computer lasted me 11 years. Albeit it was still running just as fine, I decided it was time for an upgrade and donated my previous pc. Builder very easy, they keep you up to date as it is being built. Overall I would strongly recommend.”

“A thorough and professional service - I had my concerns about whether they would deliver on their promises when I placed the order, hadn't previously purchased with PC Specialist. Still, this worry was quickly dispelled with the regular email updates as to the order status from the initial purchase to the final delivery, giving me the confidence that they were good to their word.”

“Lovely PC and the team was more than happy to accommodate my request for a last minute adjustment. The PC was made and sent out very quickly. There was some damage to the case during transport but a replacement case foot was sent out straight away.”

“The laptop is really great, nice quality finishing. But I have some suggestions. 1- The water cooler system It seems to work great, but the fan system itself is quite loud, also, the tube connector are not long enough for you have the cooler system side by side with your laptop, it need to be 90 degree. 2- The Touchpad fitted is HUGE, and unfortunately it become really annoying when you are using another mouse because all the time your hand keep activating and deactivating it.”

“Website is still good but you used to be able to see the component prices directly in the dropdowns, this is very useful for judging trade-offs within the build (especially with GPU prices at the moment). Build and dispatch was good. Delivery wasn't great - I was in, but the delivery person left the package outside and didn't try calling/texting me or even knocking on the door as far as I can tell. No harm done but could have ended in a lost computer. Computer itself seems good except there is a wireless driver problem with Win 11 - not PCSpecialist's fault per se but maybe you can source a different card as this seems to be quite well known online.”

“All stages of order, from design, confirmation and delivery is well informed, regular updates via email. Packaging is sturdy and well designed so computer arrives in great condition. Water cooled, tempered glass cases arrive without issue. Had multiple machines over a number of years now, defintely recommend PC Specialist.”

“Wonderful computer - my only gripe is with Windows 11 and its hated OneDrive. Despite uninstalling it, Office insists on offering it to me and it is impossible for me to get it to EASILY point to local files. Extensive googling have suggested amending registry entries - my techie days are over so without help I am stuck with what I have! But back to the computer - great offering in terms of picking options important to me and great delivery service.”

“I wasn't 100% sure of which components would be best for my intended use, so made use of their discord server where I was provided with a spec that would meet my needs. The ordering process was straight forward and I was able to check progress as it went along. I like that you can view your build before it is tested. My only negative was with regards to the delivery, however I called through to customer services and they talked me through checking to make sure there was no visible damage to the PC. So far, so good everything is running smoothly. Overall, really happy with the service received and experience of ordering again.”

“This is my 2nd purchase from PC Specialists. Very easy to order, they were a bit long winded to answer the call that I had prior to ordering, but once the order was in it was all straight forward and the PC All in One arrived when they promised I will certainly order from them again Well done PC Specialists”
