“Customer delivery was good and came within the 5-7 days time frame. Price was as expected for a gaming PC. Never applied for a refund or return as yet. Although some games appear to be lagging.”

“Extremely happy with the product delivered and the service provided. Excellent communication throughout the process and the livechat feature was invaluable when speccing the PC. “Their website is very intuitive and easy to use. I amended my order and it was very clearly shown and no issues at all. I received a lot of emails from PCSpecialist with any change in the order status which I think is great. They even sent a 3d view of my PC after the building process. It is such a great machine and great experience with PCSpecialist. Well done.”

“From the first initial enquiry into getting a gaming PC for our son and right through to when we received I cannot fault PC Specialists. They listened and explained all that we needed to know in deciding which would be the best gaming PC. As soon as the PC was purchased they kept us up to date of the build and when delivery would be. I would not hesitate to recommend and we will definitely be using them again.”

“I have been having problems with my computer. I haven't been able to fix the issues with it, a RAM slot is broken, and I experience technical errors while loading up & using it. Customer service is slow and not very responsive, however, since it was before and just after Christmas, I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully I will be able to reach them and resolve my issue! Aside from the problems I listed, I am very pleased with the PC and its build quality, cable management, and ease of setup.”

“Used Pc specialist twice now, excellent service. Pc this time was built and delivered within 6days, which meant a rig i did not expect to arrive until after xmas arrived before. Happy days!! Only fault i have was as i didn't buy Pc with pre-installed graphics card, i found that the power cable that had been left for GPU was not facing the correct way, so i had to twist the cable to plug in the GPU, not the end of the world, and if i could i would give a 4.5 star review.”
