“I had to pay almost €500 in unexpected customs fees. The website had a .ie address and charged me in euro - leading me to believe it was coming from or set-up as a European delivery. PC Specialist apologised for the error but directed me to their Ts+Cs and refused to support me any further. So I had to pay an additional 30% for my laptop, which is a huge amount of money extra.”

“I got my laptop yesterday, i had some issues in regards to delivery (missing address) but i contacted support and in few days laptop arrived. All parts seem to be working wonderful, all additional program licences and laptop coolers are checked and correct. Only thing i would suggest is to add option to have Croatian keyboard...”

“Bought a PC for my son for Xmas. Ordering was super easy, delivery was smooth and well communicated. I’m not a PC guy, never owned one, (Mac user) so was a little worried incase anything didn’t make sense setting it up on xmas day, but it was very easy and everything seems to work perfectly! Only problem I’ve encountered is getting my son off the thing! Would definitely recommend, thanks!”

“A Very communicative and prompt service with great packaging and fairly prompt delivery. I had a PC built with help and advice from PC Specialist and now have a quality PC within my price range that I thought could have cost more elsewhere. I had a single issue after installing windows which was fixed promptly with a quick call to the technical service. Brilliant company and good quality. !!”

“I have just purchased one of their custom built PC's it came with proprietary ram and I was not given the option to upgrade that to a branded product which I am already after only 3 weeks looking to replace as the strongest I was offered was only 3200mhz although I have 64gb of it a labour intensive process may very well put pressure upon that I would have liked the option of a higher branded product. Besides that the purchasing customer ice and shipping of the device was fantastic and an absolute pleasure to deal with them.”

“Placed order a week before Xmas with no rush and pc was delivered 7 days later. Couple of niggles with set up was dealt with by customer services with no hassle. Would recommend to anyone.”
