“Very helpful on line build process with full component specs and warnings if your choices are not compatible (e.g. power supply too low for GPU). Easy to manipulate choices to suit budget and requirements. Excellent communications and updates all through build and test. Delivery time well within expectations. Very well packaged up so no problem with component movement in transit. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thanks PCS.”

“I considered building a PC myself, but as I have no experience doing so, I decided to go with PC Specialist for the customer support and warranties in case anything went wrong. I’m glad I did, as the PC was crashing consistently from the day I received it. The support team at PCS were easy to get through to and very helpful. The returns process was straightforward and within a couple of weeks the PC was fixed and returned to me free of charge. Communication during the initial build and the returns process was great. While it was frustrating having to send the PC back for a repair, ultimately I’m very happy with the PC built by PCS.”

“Kept us informed throughout the process. Sent updates and pictures throughout and generally great neat build quality in the case. I used to build pcs but it Only worked out a few hundred quid more than self assembly so its not bad considering you got piece of mind with a warranty and made it quick and hassle free for my sons christmas present.”

“We're delighted with our 12 year old son's first new gaming PC (which handily doubles up as Dad's work from home PC!) We really liked being able to spread the payments over 12 months - interest free. The PC itself is beautiful. It is quick and snappy. It boots up fully in 20 seconds and we're getting download speeds of over 800Mbps - faster than my phone, which is fairly high-end (Samsung S22 Ultra). It was well packaged and we were kept informed of progress every step of the way. The set up instructions were crystal clear and simple to do. Their website is a pleasure to use. We're really, really happy with the whole experience. So glad we didn't bottle it and go for a 'bundled' PC with cheaper components. We are not geeks or nerds, in fact we don't know that much about computers - but we do know the product and the process are both flawless. You cannot go wrong with this company, its as simple as that.”
